Been a while Zeds x 2 going back on the road after 6 years in garage

After the fusebox, t-top drain, etc saga i still have some issues, which are obviously still related to this issue, but am needing some more direction please :) speedo, oil pressure gauge, windscreen washer button not working - i think these must be related to each other? I have checked the 10A fuse labelled "meter" on the diagram and this is fine, i have checked most of the other fuses in there now, will finish the rest later anyway. Next will be to check and re-seat the plug connectors that i can get to again. Hopefully i haven't missed any, especially if they were on the back? Do they run from a specific connector, as i couldn't find that on the wiring…

Can someone pass a massage on to Lee dent for me and let him know that I will have him one way or another for what that thieving tw.t has done to me and our fellow Zedders..I have just had confirmation that not only did he steal most of my parts I sent him for my original build £100’s of pounds worth...but the reason why he ended up doing two engine builds as both blew up was the tw.t didn’t even put my original Nissan full head gasket kits on...he put cheap shit eBay ones on and kepted my gaskets! Its been so long that I've almost forgotten how to use this!! Either its old age or my youth catching up to me!! haha How's everyone doing? All good I hope. Just a little update for the curious, the zx has had a full body make over. Decided to stick to the original color and parts. Next stop is the garage to fix the transmission or whatever is wrong with it and a set of new wheels. Hoping to enjoy if for this summer or two and possibly try and make an event :balloon: I do need a quarter glass and rear glass so if anyone has or knows someone please let me know. Thanks

Hi guys. I'm replacing the P/S hard lines from the front flexi's under the car to the back "splitter" before the rear rack , can you tell me what size of union is used? Guessing its 3/8" pipe? Looks like 4 male unions I need. Cheers Darren

I have an old k&n intake, could someone recommend me a good intake for the zed?

Wondering what people's thoughts are. I'm busy respraying my black car. Fairly stock looking but will have a front lip splitter type thing and side skirts. I'm just debating on what to do with the spoiler. It currently has a stock one, which isn't too bad, but also isn't the best. Wondering whether I should stick with a stock spoiler, or go for a different one, or none. Anyone got an opinion?

I have bought a JDM spec mirror control switch to swap into my UK spec, which came no mirror folding or defog function. I intend to use the switch to control the power antenna operation, as I lost control of this when I switched out the factory head unit. I am struggling to find a wiring diagram for the JDM spec mirror switch. Hi guys I’ve just pulled up in my 300 and as I came to a slow there was a little smoke coming up from the engine bay up by the windscreen. As I dipped the clutch the clutch pedal hesitated to return to it “off” position. I then reversed back into a parking space and I couldn’t disengage the clutch and had to stop the car by turning the engine off and brake (before hitting the car behind me). I had notice the clutch slip on the way up to my destination. There is also a puddle of clear oil forming under the car, not much but enough to have me worried. On Monday, this happened: The odometer passed 174,045km - so what? Well, that means I've driven this car for 89,205 miles since May 11. I drove the car on the right for 59,336 miles between Jun 07 and May 11. And the car on the left, my first Z, for 101,459 miles between Aug 99 and Aug 07. That's this year's first milestone - a grand total of a quarter of a million miles in 3 Zs in 20 years. More that the distance from here to the moon! This forum has been essential to keeping me and my cars going - thanks to everyone. (And who can spot the location where the 2 Zs are?)

My front left shock is leaking, its still running a stock setup and the car is in every day use. I've just spent a fair bit of money out on Bodywork so no budget left for this little issue! The garage that it was in with (a suspension specialist that was doing a four wheel alignment for me) said that best bet get after market coliovers all round which they could supply and fit at over £500!
