Managed to lose a set of keys, I think by locking them in the boot. Any ways to get a z32 open? Really struggling! Car is locked and think I may rather stupidly have left spares in the car. :( Thanks in advance!

Hi folks, My Mongoose exhaust is beginning to look a little (well) untidy - so after having the Zed resprayed I was thinking of getting a new one. I can't seem to find Mongoose or Scorpion still listing the Z32 fitment though. I see Luke has a cat-back system, but don't really like the "rolled-out" appearance of the tail pipes. That just doesn't suit the Zed IMO. Just got back from seeing Keith & my newly painted slicktop. What a transformation! The paint work previously was pretty bad but solid so I really didn't expect it to look as good as it does but hes done an amazing job. Can't wait to pick it up next weekend.

Ive just started my 300zx tt first time in about 6 months when idling no smoke after running for about 30 minutes i gave engine a bit of a rev blue smoke left hand exhaust but does not smoke on idle any ideas thanks

Hi i think ive got a leaking rocker cover no oil on floor but smoke coming from the rear of the engine smells like burning oil how much roughly pay to have all four rocker/ cam cover gaskets / reseal at the same time get deletes done or should I tackle this at home as i would like to get rocker covers an plenum Powder coated why stripped down thanks

Hi since I smashed up my beautiful Green 1995 300, I have been driving my older 300 most of the time being my only car, I had to take it off the road yesterday fo some major needed repairs. Lucky I still have the use of my brothers 911, seeing he is still living in Hong Kong. I am so embarrassed at how I have neglected my car, but only doing 1 - 2 thousand miles a year and having a bad back (no excuse really) it is now time to sort everything out before the next MOT. Do insurers keep a record of declared mods on a car? I ask this questions because if I was to use the same insurer as the previous owner then I would expect the insurer to be able to advise me if there were mods that they thought were fitted that I might not spot. (at least all declared ones) any undeclared ones that I knew about from a sale I would declare or remove as I just don't want to risk things. As so many of these cars have some kind of mods now I just want to know the best route to take. What I really don't want to happen is to get insured and then for it to turn out that there is a mod that I was not aware of that the previous owner may not have declared or …

Well I bit the bullet and ordered a TwinZ rear spoiler from them last week, paid and was expecting it in the next week or so...... Big Mistake! Tonight I decided to look on my account at the tracking details and seen when or if it had shipped.... What I found was a note added in the order to say it would be sent out in mid June........ No email, nothing on the web page to say it wasn't in stock, bu**er all communication that I would be waiting months!! Has anyone used "Performance Direct" for their insurance on their Z? I'm currently with Lancaster who have sent my renewal through at £370 (paid £302 last year). Performance direct just quoted me £217 with agreed valuation and salvage retention! Just wanted to see if anyone has used them before and if they are any good?

Had to drive out to a timber yard in the Sussex countryside yesterday. It was a beautiful day for a drive regardless but the attention the car received was ridiculous ! To cap it off on the way home on the A3 I was being overtaken by a van but it seemed to be taking a bit too long to go past......looked over my shoulder to see the driver VIDEOING me on his phone !! Hi I discovered a few small rustholes on the subframe. The rest outside seems and sound ok. I've opened up and it lookes like it only around the holes I found that is rusted trough. There is some surface rust that I can see. Mostly around where the tension rod parts are mounted to the subrame. So I need advice. Cut out the buttom of the subrame and remove rust and weld in a new buttom part on the subframe? or Patch up the holes that is there now and spray the inside as best I can with some rust remover/binder or something and replace the subframe next winter?

After some advice here please? Towed home last night by AA - looks like head gasket has gone. Does anyone know anyone near Liverpool who can do this job and any ideas how much it will cost me? Or, might have a go at doing it myself - best place for getting gasket set from please? thanks all Trev
