I recently replaced my fuel pump but found it impossible (with my big hands) to remove the fuel pump fuse to drain the lines... Of course disconnecting the pump itself was fine to do this . However I need to replace the fuel filter now so any tips on removing tjay big square box fuse for the fuel pump. Or can anyone else me some japanese sized hands to perform the removal of the fuse :)

As in title I just wondered if anyone had any opinions on the 2fast2cool intercoolers that have recently appeared on eBay. eBay Link I did do a search on here trying to see whether anybody on here had fitted these and what they thought to the quality but it didn't turn anything up. Also, I couldn't find any sizes of the stock intercoolers so couldn't tell whether the cores are even any bigger than standard. The pressure drop figure sounds pretty good to me but I couldn't find anything zed related to compare it to. Any opinions appreciated! James

Hi guys Sorry for the abrupt entry! Anyway i'm looking to get hold of someone that owns a car to the below spec. It needs to be exactly the same as the below. 1998 Nissan Fairlady Z 300ZX Version (i'm not even sure that makes sence, the fairlady was the import of the 300zx wasn't it?) S TT 2 seater I can't tell you to much about it on here but it is a very cool opurtunity for the owner and will involve you earning some money! If you have the above please contact me on nickturner90@hotmail.com. The car can be modified or standard, pref one with an uprated exhaust system Thanks all

Hi Chaps, As i've mentioned in a previous thread, i've found a set of rims in Japan that i'm going to order. They are on yahoo auctions. initially, i was going to use an agent to import the wheels but their fees will likely work out at around £500. Me no likey! So i thought...... could i just order them myself and arrange for an international courier? Obvious problem being that i dont speak Japanese but £500 for fees just seems a bit greedy. Ta

I can't believe I'm actually saying this but some unfortunate circumstances have come my way over the last 6 months. I'm so sad to have to ask this question after 5 years of money, love and devotion havegone into this car but here goes...... How much can I get for it? I'm looking for a quick sale and preferably cash. Oh yes, I also have a load of spares including SWB doors, targas, tailgate, bonnets, rear bumper, tonns of enginge spares, interior panels etc. Andy

Ive been doing some searching on tinterweb for the perfect rims for my Z. I have a list of 'they'll do nicely' rims and I know the style I'm after. I'm 99% sure I'll be going for 19s and I believe 9" +25 and 10" +40 will fit nicely. However, I've seen so many pics of slammed motors with massive dish. I want that look! But how? I don't want the crazy camber and ridiculously stretched tyres, but I do want hooooge dish! There are a set of work VS-XX on driftworks at the mo which are gorgeous. 18s unfortunately but I might still be tempted. But how can I make rims like these fit? Just a case of rolling the arches? I have adjustable everything and co…

Hi Guys, Just curious as to what is the widest tires you could fit on to a 300zx at the rear? I realise its all dependant on the alloy width etc. I thinking along the lines of grip and bring able to put the power down, rather than any affect on top speed etc. Cheers!

Ok to anyone who has recently purchased a rear camber correction kit pictured below on E-bay and have it fitted need to urgently check the fixing bolts that were supplied with the kit. There is a problem, I have made the seller aware of but as of yet had no reply, the bolt grade is possibly incorrect, this has the potential for early bolt failure, we have evidence of this and would like to just make every one aware, sure the supplier will be just as concerned ( hopefully ) will be contacting them again tomorrow and will update on their reply. After refurbishing the inside of my doors i went to fit the seatbelt units back on today and they are permanently locked so i cant pull out the seat belt! I've looked at the two units and they are left and right handed (one has a blue cover and the other has a black cover also the bottom brackets that bolts onto the bottom of the doors is handed) so can only go on one side or the other. I noticed if i tilt the units the lock comes of and i can pull the seatbelt out but when i put it back on the door (the side i think it should go) the unit is tilted the opposite way and is locked! Any ideas?

All, After getting my Zed I will be looking at investing in the styling first and a kit which i really like is the Zenon wide kit which I saw on the Zcentre website, i also noticed one on ebay cheaper but would that be the same quality? should i be weary of ebay purchasing? I will also looking at removing my rear spoiler and getting a different style rear window hub and smoothed lip spoiler to give the car an overall subtle look. does anyone know of any decent kit fitters and sprayers within the northwest who have a high standard of work im looking at getting this done within the next 6 months instead of a year as I wouldnt mind it for next so called sum…
