Hi. Bought some hid 6000k kit. Was wondering how hard it is to fit on a zed? Do I have to make any holes in the light unit?

after toiling with the prospect of spending £££££££ on a set of genuine Nismo rims for my 350z and the actual lack of a set to purchase ive come up with three possible alternatives which i'd like some opinions on..... These are a stop gap wheel until I can find a set of the genuine Nismos which look like this....: When i find my genuine set, the stop gap wheels will find themselves on the 300 :) so, basically ill add the other three below, let me know which you prefer........ TSW Stowe - which i think capture the look of the spokes well..... TSW Jarama - which i have seen on a 350 and look really nice to be honest..... TSW Carthag…

  10. When setting up an EBC are there any ideal locations for the solenoid? I remember reading something like the vacuum hose should be as short as possible between the solenoid and the manifold, or the solenoid and the controller but I can't remember which or where I read it. Does anyone have any input on this? Secondly, depending on the answer to the question above im trying to work out how much 4mm and 6mm hose I need. I am running the stock recirc valves, turbos and wastegates with an aftermarket EBC. Thirdly, with regard to 'T-ing' of vacuum line for use by different items such as multiple boost gauges and boost controllers etc is there any problem with accuracy…

Can anyone help/advise me on how to ad a small video please? (maybe there is a how to link?) I have this worrying top end rattle near the rear of the engine just at the point of coming off throttle. Difficult to describe, so would love you guy's to have a listen. Cheers in advance.

  13. Hello all, As you may already know, ive not had the car that long, but the first thing i done to her was oil and filter change, fuel filter change, plugs changed (iridium) , starts first time everytime. brilliant response from the throttle, but theres a little white smoke and what seems to be water-oil-soot type stuff spitting out the exhausts, is this due to the turbos going tits up? or is it just cos of the size of the back boxes? she smokes a little when started from cold but when i floor it theres hardly any or none at all. i guess im just being causious , i dont want the thing to give up on me, and if theres anything i can do to prevent this im happy to take y…

If you take off the interior boot plastic panels, either side you can see the inside face of the rear quarter. If you stick your head in the hole and shine a torch down you can see the seams where the rear quarter skin joins the inner arch skin and the structure inside the boot, all meeting in the bottom corner. From the outside, this is the bit behind the rear wheel, down the bottom, the little lip that collects all the dirt. Today I set about rust proofing inside this area when I noticed quite a bit of dirt inside especially in the bottom corner on the petrol filler side (lwb) where it has congregated, so I decided to clean it all to get it protected. When I w…

Anyone any experience with this. I'm insured with Adrian flux. And pay through through the teeth for road insurance. Rang then today to see about trackday cover (for Japfest initially, it will want it for other days). They qouted me £130 for the day, but only covers up to £1000. What feckin good is that. Is that just how trackday insurance is or are flux hammering me. Any advice welcome. Have done a few trackdsys before without cover, but as I plunge more and more cash into the car, feel like I should have it. Cheers Danny
