struggling to find the info, so appologies in advance 300zx manual tt (1992) Have play in the rear wheels and was planning to replace the lower ball joints on the arm, but I cant find any info if they can be replaced or not. On my old s13 it was always just replace the ball joint. do i have to but the whole arm or can the ball joint be replaced?? its this part:

Hi Guys need your help, Where can I buy a single piece Prop shaft from and is a 1992 Twin turbo Manuel fit the same as a 1995 N/A Manuel Basically I would like to upgrade my Prop shaft on my 1992 twin turbo Manuel and fit the old one from that on my 1995 N/A Manuel as it needs changing

Ok peeps,I have run into a bit of a hitch today.I want to insure the car whilst it is off the road and having work done.It is parked in a private car park but having contacted Hagerty and Lancaster they will not insure it to be restored/un road worthy/private car park,but will if it was in a garage.Can anyone advise of a company that might be able to offer insurance whilst being restored/in a private parking area whilst i look at bloody garages miles away!!!!!.Cheers for any replies.

Hi guys Got a problem with my offside front indicator not working. My partner has tested various parts of it and found that the bulb is fine, the flasher unit is fine, but the problem lies within the section I've drawn round in red below. Anyone idea where I can get this bulb holder/cable from? Thanks in advance for any help. And also here, a great big thanks to Jimmer at PowerZed for getting the car back on the road for me after local mechanics screwed it up and it was off the road for months. Now just frustrating that I can't legally drive it because of this indicator!

I seem to have developed an issue when keeping a constant speed around 2k revs, the car starts to judder and jolt. If I'm under acceleration it is as smooth as silk through the rev range, its just when on minimal throttle keeping at a steady speed. I'm thinking it is the MAF as it looks like it is dropping out of the fuel map judging by the AFR gauge. Does anyone have any other ideas what it could be or know of a UK based seller of a genuine new MAF? Thanks Luke

Hi guys, can I use a 5mm slip on spacer on the rear with stock studs? Not talking about the universal jobbies but the slip on hubcentric ones with the correct centre bore etc.

Just doing the EGR delete, what size is the plug for the turbo? Is it M22x1.5?

Before i took my 1990 JDM TT auto off the road 2018 the brakes were locking up big time under hard braking.I skidded 3 times and thought this scares the crap out of me!!!I have got uprated 350z discs,New pads,And bits and bobs from Concept Z to make them fit and hopefully in couple of months will dismantle and rebuild calipers,Use stainless steel lines and brakes will be better than before.Does anyone know if 1990 JDM came with ABS as obviously if this could be faulty i will pull ABS unit out and have it rebuilt or replaced.Cheers.

Which would you guys recommend? I’m about ready to start rebuilding the off side area around the intercooler and along the front box section where the oil coolers sit (I can’t think what this areas correct name is). The tin work around these areas are in great condition but I’d like to make sure it stays that way. As there is no top coat here (it looks like it’s just painted in primer grey) I was toying with painting the area black. Would this be over kill? There is a strong possibility that I’m going to spray the bay black one day and will certainly get it professionally painted when the day comes that there is an engine out job to do. What would you guys …

Hi, Can someone advise what is best to do for replacement front shocks? The OEM ones are a long wait from Japan (probably even longer with whats going on at the moment!) and I have heard some horror stories about after market ones. I've been quoted 528 dollars each from stock in the US which seems a tad silly. Any suggestions?

This will keep me busy on these cold wet days and find it very therapeutic after a very traumatic Christmas. Love cleaning and working on this car, bring on the Summer for some fast road driving.. Hi, My heater matrix has sprung a leak and the garage seem to be struggling to get a replacement (waiting on a call back from them atm, but it's been over a month so far & I don't hold much hope), so probably my best bet is to source one myself. 1. Is the heater matrix the same for NA and TT? (car is also SWB but I am guessing that doesn't matter!) 2. Any recommended source? I'm trying to find out what the codes on the ECU mean with the end goal of buying another NA ECU. When ever I type anything with the words "ECU" and "codes" into Google, all I get are the fault codes. I have a spare ECU with a big "36" on it, but I think it's a TT ECU. I've seen ones for sale with "21" and ""25" I think. Does anyone know of a list of all the different codes and what they mean? I want to buy a NA manual ECU as mine might be causing problems and wish to troubleshoot Thanks!

This Jap Auction notification popped into my inbox on monday. Version R twin turbo manual in midnight purple. So I'm thinking maybe I should bid on it !!. Well it sold on thursday night at wait for it.........£21,000 at the hammer. So with taxes , shipping and import and fees it would likely be closer to £29,000. So 1st question did someone on here buy it ? It was a great car by the looks of it but it did have the load cover missing and a couple of the boot plastics missing too but all easily sorted. I need to change my agreed value....again !! Which is good

Hello UK zx from new zealand! I have finally seperated my zx rear panel after two tries to expose the zx 300 to illuminate with LED. Have you done this and how did you heat the assembly? any tips apreciated.
