What a lovely day first one I've had chance with in an age only went out for about an hour but awesome!

Hi all, I have just put a aftermarket front bumper on and now the indicators don't work. I had to take off the bar behind that the fogs are attached to which had a wire with a block on the end of it, I have attached that to the plastic under guard. That is the only wire I have moved as far as I know. Anyone got any ideas? Cheers James

Does anyone know what tools I need to buy to get to the dam plugs? And wîth enough angle. If you have a link to somewhere like halfrauds that would be perfect so I could go and get them

Ive been watching a discussion about the quality of Godspeed parts that has been going on stateside as i remember seeing people raving about the look of their intercoolers over here. Hey guys, I am planning to change my tt back end to a na one. Was wondering if its worth keeping the tt parts? How much would tt subframe with diff and all the other parts sell for? Everything on the tt is really good except the hicas part has a slight play. Or is it better just to scrap it? Also any key tasks that might be worth doing with the swap? Bushes etc? Also wats better bushes or locking collars??

Removal of Timing Belt Covers with water pipes in place i know the right hand top one can be removed no problems but what about the Left side is there some sort of modification that can be done so it will slide up once all bolts have been removed Cheers

Soooooooooo just went for a spin in a 370z and fell in love:wub: So do I sale mine and buy it???.....only because I can possibly buy it at a good price from a cust of mine, but with car prices at the moment will I see my z sold for decent money! ie £5500 Knew I should have stayed in my office and not popped over to see the 370z:pinch: Has not got the punch of a turbo but what a lovely drive! my z been sitting in the garage for afew years i start it now and then but havent for a good few weeks maybe months, i noticed smoke(blacky blue) from drivers side when it warmed up after reving it,its a n/a and de-catted and its never done this before any help be great.

Hi, My car was recently dyno'd and setup by turbonoz and the max it ran was around 18psi, final figure which it was set to was a max of 17 and then 14.8 (1 bar). Recently i have noticed that no matter what setting i put my max or peak boost remains 14.3-6 and for the last few days my peak boost has come down too 14.0 psi. I have a Blitz SMD boost controller and i have tried increasing the Set and gain etc with no luck. I recently changed the AAC valve and relating units, and it developed a hissing noise from the rear of the engine, i have check the pipes surrounding the unit and no leaks are there. Whats the best way to tackle a boost leak (unconfirmed…

Give me some ideas guys, need a decent low mileage engine with no smoke

OK, so went for a 25 mile round trip today. Halfway there the Zed starts to feel lumpy, when I took my foot off the accelerator, it felt like it was not fuelling. Then after a few hundred metres of this it just dies. Power off, engine off, no power steering etc. Stopped at side of road, well, the middle of a high street actually. Was decelerating at the time and going in a 20mph zone. Turbo timer cuts in, so I wait for 30s, then restart the car. No problems there, drive for another mile and again, it cut out. Repeated 7 more times until I got home. So, at home, thought I would do some simple diagnostics. Started car, on idle, I can hear nothing unusual. Revving it, aga…

In the workshop today I had to remove a 3 year old injector due to leaking fuel, which is at least for a different reason than the usual failed unit. Now the trouble was this zed had 555 injectors and not wanting to break the injector when removing I was a little apprehensive as it was removed but it came out very easy as the rubber sealing ring was not holding it as tight as it should be. The seal is damaged and must of happened when it was fitted during an engine rebuild the owner had done previously, hard to understand how it had lasted 3 years but thats zeds for ya! Hi can anyone tell me the size of the 3 nuts which attach the decat pipes to the turbo elbows .I was thinking of ordering some copper coated nuts from ebay maybe this will help the nuts rusting to there studs .think the maybe m6 or m8 thanks .

can i get brake pipes pre made for my brembro calipers on my 300tt without actually taking the old pipes off its the 2 short ones from the flexi to the caliper left and right think they called link pipes

How long from a cold start would you expect your zed to take to reach a normal idle of say 750/800rpm???? Also, would you expect this to happen before she's up to full temp??

Any good are they needed ?
