Dave a little advice if you can, my one piece rear light panel which is blended in, after a while with the body movement ends up with little cracks where the fibreglass panel meets the metal. I tried P40 fibre glass filler, plastic bumper filler, which is supposed to be flexible, looks great for a few weeks then little cracks appear again. Before i waste time in painting it, what would you suggest to be the best way to stop this from happening. Cheers

This advert is complete car porn. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0gvqLZIQss&feature=youtube_gdata_player I suggest that someone on here that is handy with a camera teams up with perhaps Noz with his rolling road. One of us supplies a lairy fire spitting zed and we make our own. I really want to see that, with red hot bits.

Looking at updating my dash illumination a little bit. Firstly, I swapped my main 4 T5s (or may have been T10) for white LED replacements about 6 years ago when I fitted my first set of UK dash clocks. I got the 'super bright white' ones which are about as bright as a lunar eclipse. I got use to them being a bit rubbish, but want something brighter with an even spread angle. I know those two don't really go hand-in-hand in terms of LED output. But I'm looking about Secondly, I have never replaced the 4 neo-wedge T3 bulbs that sit behind the blue light bars recessed into the black part of the dash surround facing the clocks.. I've never actually notice these illu…

Got home tonight to realise the break lights wouldn't switch off. way to dark to be pissing about, couldn't find the fuse so thought it would be easier to pull the bulbs out, burnt my thumb in the process :cursing: and then forgot about the middle one (I forget it's there because you can't see it) couldn't be bothered digging a screw driver out so I just disconnected the battery in the end. Any ideas what it could be? I'm guessing either the switch on the pedal, or a stuck relay. found what looked like the remains of a green fruit polo in the footwell if that sheds any light.

Right, my second question of the day. I've got a j-spec auto TT. Just got some very cheap throttle bodies and linkage off of an N/A (plan on polishing them). Did a bit of searching on here and find that the drivers side unit is different. Apparently missing a vacuum outlet, but other than that both units the same. Please correct if that's wrong!! I cannot find out if the linkage is the same though?? Does anyone know?

and they are - When any guide is referring to rear engine mounts, are they in fact talking about the ones on the gearbox, so not actually the engine? In this pic below, is it the power steering pump that's left behind? I'm sure there is third question, but it's not coming to me right now. EDIT - Oh yes, if I've disconnected the gearbox (and everything else) will the engine lift straight up, or do I need to pull it forward away from the gearbox first, then up? Cheers!!
