Went to look at a 300zx with view to using it as a parts car. Thought it was a TT but turned out to be NA. Was looking amongst other things to get exhaust back boxes, anyone know if they are te same between NA and TT. Read on US site that NA's are more restirctive as the turbo in a TT acts as a silencer therefore the back box doesn't have as much to do?

Ok got a noise coming from the diff I think, it's fine when stood still but as soon as you start to drive it starts a whining/Grindy noise Now at first I thought the gearbox was making the noise, so I jacked the rear wheels up and put the car in gear to get the wheels spinning, now once I was under the car with the wheels going it sounds more like its coming from the diff Here's a quick vid, you can hear the noise a little less as I move from the diff towards the gearbox, It has an NA rear diff with one piece prop http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa192/rb200/450B7A76-CA21-4BAD-BA12-DE8FA4160EF6-3740-000001E2482E109F_zps613da4aa.mp4 What do…

Looking through zedworld's goodies section is so tempting  lots of nice trinkets and some aftermarket stuff too! Defiantly looking into an auto box cooler, does everyone recommend these? Speedo conversions, new clocks because mine are in kph and don't work properly, intake hose kit, possibly a different set of wheels 18" instead of 17" and ill be giving my interior a good once over and restoring the leather seats. They're not bad but starting to tear a bit. Engine bay I think needs a good old clean but I'm hesitant to let anyone jet wash it. Rear spoiler is one of those foam ones (any tips on removing this nasty adhesive I've herd so much about???) and my front bum…

my car pulls to the left i have try all kinds trying to short it is it possible that the hicas is faulty so as in i track the car its all straight on the machine and when i start the engine and go to drive its turns the rear wheel to one side like when the engines off no oil pressure is going to it and when i start the car it get pressure and pushs it to a new position? i know its only ment to work of say 30 or 40 mph but is it poss the oild pressure it sending it across to one side rite from starting the engine and this is why the car it pulling to one side

Just something I am toying with. I believe my Alpine double din head unit has an input for a reverse camera. I can't find the destruction manual at the moment. There's no option to set it up in the menu, but is it just a case of, plug in the camera and the head unit automatically switches on the screen when it has an input...and/or turns off the current source you're on?

Hi all. Just a quick question, how long does it take for the 300zx TT to get it's water up to full operating temperature? Mine seems to get up to full temp within a mile and this seems very quick and I'm a little worried, although it doesn't go above have way on the dial. I popped the bonnet after a spirited run and it was roasting under there, even the inner wings were hot. I've checked the water levels but i'm not sure I'm doing this correctly. My understanding is if the engine is cold the fluid in the rad should be brimmed and if the engine is hot you can check the level via the expansion tank? Ok that was two questions. ;) Chris.

Hello everyone! so what's your favourite and why? I always loved leather but my Zed has cloth currently and I quiet like it... Grips you in the corners! Is a navy blue which is smart too, but still considering picking up leathers this weekend... question is, would leather be lower than the cloth? I changed seats in my old E36 328i to leathers and they were considerably lower/sportier! If the only difference is my ass is going ot slip all over the place then I probably won't bother, but if they feel sportier and lower then I will be very tempted! best regards, William.
