Been perusing the local scrap yards and I've found the remains of a R33, the guy said I can have the rear callipers for £30, figured that was a good price, however is there much point? Couldn't find a definitive answer with the search function, I don't think it's a GTR, but someone did tell me once that skyline callipers are lighter than ours. any truth?

the last time my UK tt was allowed on the road, was febuary 2011. this is the last time i was driven. Over the nearly 2 years, ive replaced all sills, fixed any problems, revamped the interior, and basically tidied everything up. I got rid of the high level spoiler, horrid veilside skirts, and crap front end. All now replaced with brand new 89 spec spoiler, new smooth side skirts, and a replacement original tt bumper. wanting to get the zed back to original look, just with decent wheels and a bit lower. Today i took her for the mot, after a fairly quick drive, in order to clean the brake discs of rust and try as best to get emissions down due to having a full japs…

Hello everyone, So when investigating my Zed pulling to the left we found that the tie rod end bushings have worn out.. My mechanic can replace teh bushings which he said would be the cheapest options but I can't find any bushing for Sale on their own? anyone know a supplier where I can buy just a couple instead of a full set etc? Otherwise I may as well just buy the full tension arm, which brings me to my next question.. Is it worth upgrading tension arms? I know there are some Tien ones I could pick up and replace the whole arm and have allegedly performance enhancements for responsiveness/stiffness? Best, William.

I just took a damaged injector out of my fuel rail and was just about to replace it with another from my spare engine when I noticed the part numbers were different although identical colours and plug type. Original part number: 1m50 0y14n 2 New part number: 1m50 9x13d 1 Are these the same apart from part numbers? Just different years?

My idea is if anyone wants to make a weekend of it we all book a Saturday night at one of the bigger hotels (that has a carpark!) The rest who just want to make an evening of it come up late afternoon and join the convoy.... and given some dry weather we cruise the illumnations both ways targas off (and heaters on most likely) Then later we hit the town and go to the Motown and Soul club near North Pier (or wh…

Ok...... Is it possible to alter the base of a H1 bulb to fit a H3 bulb fitting....... As far as I can see, the H1 base is circular with a flat to one side, and the H3 base is circular with 2 small cut-outs at opposite ends. So, to cut a long story short..... I ordered the wrong HID kit for the wife's car, and I want to fit this kit to my 300 and get here another HID kit..... ;) Alz.

Locked out of my Zed. It has an aftermarket Scorpion Alarm linked to door/boot locking but it suddenly wont release the doors or boot but still beeps as if all is ok. I have keys for boot & doors but they wont work even though they go in the lock without difficulty. Battery has been a little iffy recently so I have now put it on charge by removing loose scuttle. Can anyone help please?
