Hi All Just a quick question as I'm about to pick my Fairlady up (needs a flatbed). It needs a new battery (1.1V) and it's an auto, is it one of these autos that needs power to move? Someone told me some autos wont move without a power supply (news to me but not about to disagree). Andy

Having won some awards at JAE voted for by the kind members that attended I have a video of what made me I think, the winner of a couple of categories !! I added to it last night at home on the drive as I wanted to show what happens to the lights at the rear when I apply the brake and if you go to my youtube channel you will see I have posted a brief description of what is going on and/or what is possible. I'm thinking of doing a test next friday at Castle Coombe, make sure everything is working properly, bit more seat time, adjust brake bias etc before the final round at Brands Hatch on the Sunday. So then i started thinking about doing some fundraising as well and came up with the following; A little raffle where all funds go towards test day / getting car fixed properly with the winner getting the following Join me for the day at Castle Coombe inc passenger laps throughout the day as we play with the setup Ticket and pit pass to Brands Hatch final. Pit pass allows you to wonder amongst all the TimeAttack cars in the garages and allows you to stand on the pit…

Just bought a nice and handy 1/4" drive ratchet and extensions. (britool as well) Now known as " the marque of skill" Absolute god send for getting into difficult places on the Zed's engine bay! So chuffed I thought I would share. It has even got push button release so those little sockets stay put. I got it off e-bay believe it or not.

Hi Guys, Well, a couple of 5:00am starts, a missed flight and a trip to Lurgan in Northern Ireland later and my new Zed is still not quite home yet. Don't get me wrong, she didn't miss a beat on the journey back. She even coped with 2 and half hours of rush-hour traffic off the ferry and through Liverpool, the temp gauge never even troubling the middle of the dial:clap: The car went straight to MWP in Chester for a FULL healthcheck and to get some of the more pressing issues sorted :thumbup1: She's in for a replacement scuttle trim, top door window seal, driver's door alignment, and an oil cooler for the 'box. Oh yeah, and a working radio would be nice too. I…

I have no heat inside the car. I haven't checked anything as yet but I'm just wondering if there's any easy way to check if my heater core's been bypassed...? Anything obvious I should be looking for generally? Blower works fine but only blows cold, radiator is fine, cooling system is fine with no leaks or issues. Cheers.
