And so it all begins. Put my car in a couple of weeks ago to get the clutch slave cylinder replaced, was told after slave wes done that i needed a new Master cylinder also, so got that done. Finally got my car back the other day and the clutch started slipping at about 3500 revs. On my way to work tonight in traffic in lewisham and the biting point started getting higher and higher until i could have the car in 1st and rev the pants off it and be going nowhere. The AA man came out and decided quickly that i need a new clutch. Do i need a new clutch? or does anybody think this is connected to the recent work i had done. Cheers Zless Teejay

Where is the great one? I must admit that in the two years I have been on this forum he was the only person I respected most and looked upto! Not taking the p1ss either! I was looking forward to eventually meeting the original founder of 300zx.co.uk If he is gone forever that will really fcuk me off big time. Nick....where are you? I've got some anti freeze to top up your power steering reservoir! LOL Come back to us mate. Always fair, expert knowledge that would blow most people out the water and an excellent moderator! P.S. Craig can you throw any light on this mate? ------------------ …

Me personally think Oasis for being around for the last ten years, having nothing but sh1te going on with Liam and Noel. Members leaving and having to be replaced etc. 10 outta 10 to them! Even though me Ma says they are a pair of Chimps. LMFAO Love 'em. Nowadays it's all packaged and manufactured. Oasis blagged their fame by gatecrashing a gig and being lucky enough to have Alan McGee there talent spotting. Remember seeing them on The Word when Terry Christian was presenting it and big upping Liam and Noel for supporting Man City! LOL So who do you guys stay faithful too? Not talking about what's the flavour of the month/year etc. …

Can anyone help with the following at a fair price: (UK Car) Middle g/box mounting. Front undertray - nearest front of car. Front air deflector black plastic things - I think they are riveted on. Passenger side door mirror (red if poss)- the part that surrounds the glass or if a good price the complete mirror.Just thought can I change it or modify it to fold electrically? The stock tools that came with the car. Sun shields/blinds. Cheers Mark

I have to say I was deeply impressed with this car, it needs a bit of bodywork doing but it drives like a dream. Much smoother than a Zed! Not having a dig either but it really is a cracking car for the money. Gearbox is sweet and the engine is really quiet. Mrs T is chuffed with her new car. P.S. spot the Rot! LMFAO P.P.S. My advice to anyone is don't knock these cars, they are going for silly money and are rapid for the engine size...pukka motor! ------------------ "Life sucks. Get a F**king helmet, okay?" Hi, My monitor is behaving strangely, it keeps on changing the outer borders for a couple of seconds and then restoring them, also the screen has shivering lines going through it for a couple of secs and then it is ok! My TV did the same sort of thing before the tube went West? All the Best Mark [This message has been edited by TopLess (edited 05-10-2002).]

Found a possible reason to why my Z won't rev over 5k. Doing the CAS diagnostics i get 10V off pin 2 and 0V off pin 1 when you should be gettin upto 5 off each apparently. ( http://www.z32.org/html/crankanglesensor.shtml ) Trouble is i dont really trust my diagnostic skills and probably think its me thats wrong not the CAS! Is there anyone i can borrow a CAS from down here in the wiltshire area? Thanks Rob

hello all, im looking to get a non-tubby 300 for a daily driver & was just wondering what there like. do they have any common reliability problems, maybe higher milage ones etc... Iam going under the assumption that theres less in them to go wrong and the engine is not being worked as hard. I dont really know that much about the N/A internals, but i will not be wanting to modify it engine wise as i will be using it as a commuter. Does anyone know what MPG the n/a gets, im moping it might be better that the tubby?? Oh...and can someone please tell me the engine/car code for an NA is????? I'm pretty new to this forum and new to nissan z32's. My last car was an 86 Celica ST162, the front wheel drive version of the Celica Turbo Alltrac. Anyways, I just bought a 90 non-turbo z32 and was wondering if the stock throttle bodies are a decent size for sufficient flow. I know that on the older VG30E engines, from the older Z, a throttle body from a s13 or s14 (240sx) is a significant upgrade. I currently do not have a caliper to measure the bore of the VG30DE throttle body but I do know for a fact that my 2.0 3SGE Celica engine has a larger T.B. Does anyone have the size of a N/A z32 T.B.? Would the VG30DE benifit from a larger T.B. or does flow well as…
