A massive big thanks to automozds Mark derby. yesterday i drove my car 150 miles from Marks place in nottingham to norwich and quiet frankly i could have drove it from scotland to home because i was enjoying myself so much. by the time i got home a had a perminant smile on my face from ear to ear. the car somwhow feels lighter and crisper is an under statment. even with the ebc of the car pulls like a express train. she keeps on going tell i run out of road. that must be one of the best mods you could possibly do to a zed, and i dont even need to turn on the ebc, seriously. you dont need to crank up the boost. the rear end did kick out on the way home as im getting more…

I just picked up my evo 8 calipers iam doing a front brake upgrade the calipers didnt come with brake lines tho they look like they have a banjo fitting my question is iv i buy evo brake lines do they fit the 300zx line

I rather dislike the headunit in my car it looks out if keeping, out of place and tbh is useless, I never turn it on. Is there a way I can either reinstall the original tape player and or attach some kind of hidden mp3 device? I could then mount three gauges in there without loosing the cubby hole. Bet you weren't expecting that.

Picked a Bose centre speaker up when I was in America a few years ago. Was planning on fitting it but think I'll be putting a turbo timer & boost controller in its place. Never seen one for sale in this country so not sure what it's worth, any ideas?

hi all as above my rear tail lights work on the right hand side but not on the left i have changed all bulbs but still nothing is there a fuse for them or something ? or any wiring i should check to see why they dont come on? cheers

Hiya. The bolt that slides along the runner that goes through the window is making my window rattle like mad when half way down, I have dissembled the door card and seatbelt harness but can only see one 10mm bolt which holds only the runner in place, is there anyway this bolt can be tightened some how? It's probably just wear due to age.

After deciding to keep her on the road, I thought I'd best get this out of the way. Only done about 40miles since the last MOT but it's been a year of axel stands, diff, subframe and suspension changes along with the full vinyl wrap.... :sweatdrop:

My pads and discs are in need of a change so it seems like the time to upgrade the brakes. I only drive the car a few thousand miles a year, don't do track days and so I can't quite reconcile spending £1500+ for a big brake kit despite them looking nice and no doubt a significant improvement. However, looking at buying used Brembo's off a 350Z pus new discs etc doesn't seem to come out much cheaper for second hand stuff. Suggestions please...

After a new exhaust and don't know what to get at the moment. Budget is about £600 for a full system including downpipes. Would have went for the japspeed system but there out of stock for now. Any other places to buy apart from doing a custom job?

Right so basically just come back from a long road trip round europe and decided that my standard exhausts are too quiet, where can I get an aftermarket kit from? all the ones ive found are LWB, any ideas? thanks Tom

Having replaced my recircs with dump valves, and seeing a lot of mixed views on them, although personally i love them, my question is , can i just removed them and cap the whole creating a 'closed system' will this be safe and ok? as i dont have recircs anymore and cannot run them as i have custom intake piping with dual intakes.

as some have seen I did a full refurb on the rear sub few months back its time to start front sub will be removed all parts stripped powder coated new kig pin bearings ball joints track rods drop links polly bushes new koni suspention and new tein tension rods new stone chip in arches and under seal here is the first pics off all the parts in volved and were am upto so far in the job all stripped out I will post more pics as I go to help anyone in the future do this job

I am in the middle of trying to tidy up my Zed so as to look a bit decent at the Coventry show. (I fear it may be the worst one there if I don't do something!) I have been using Arctic white 326 from Halfords but it doesn't match, seems a bit creamy. Not bright white at all! Can someone help me identify the correct paint code please?

Hey guys, got a bit of a funny question to ask as I brought a set of rear TT wheels from Japan a couple of years ago and it seems my JDM OEM center caps don't fit in the TT wheels. I have done some measuring and it appears the hole in the wheels for the center caps is only 44.7 mm wide. My oem center caps are 54 mm wide. Now I did some researching and found on a US parts website that they listed a smaller sized cap at 44.7 mm but it is now discontinued from Nissan as according to their information only the 90 model TT wheels had these smaller caps. I've tried asking the question on the US forums but no one seems to know anything about these smaller sized caps and I'm wond…

as above im taking a chance and ordering an xtd stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel my exedy stage 1 slipped during a live map at only 12psi (turns out i have properly got upgraded turbos as was alot of power at 12psi ) need someone who is good with clutches and knows wgat there doing also what other bits will i need to get replaced while doing the clutch so i can order them too cheers

My genuine rear glow panel has given up :( The little metal box is buzzing but the panel has stopped illuminating.. Is it kaput? Thanks

Going to look at a Zed tomorrow evening but want to check the inner sills. What do I need to remove to get the rear interior panels off quickly so I can look down into the sill area? Step by step would be helpful but I'd appreciated any info.
