Noticed the needle creeping up again when stuck in a queue. I've noticed recently that my heating has been working intermittently. When I press the Auto button I sometimes get a 'ping' noise from the driver's footwell. Sounds like the spring that opens the heater core valve doesn't always work. Checked under my mat and my footwell is all wet. I changed the matrix myself back in november but have a feeling that this one is on the way out too. Would a 'sticking' valve cause it to leak or could it be the matrix has broken again. Any ideas what would cause this after 6 months? I will get it replaced under warranty from Nissan but fear something could be causing them to pop!!!…

Is there anyone near Leeds who can give me a hand with the following: Plenum removal / refit 555 Injector installation Mounting / checking T28 turbos General water bypass stuff EGR system removal I can manage most of this myself and have all the parts ready but I really want to make sure it's all done right before I put the engine back in and having someone on hand who's done it before would give me a lot more confidence. Tea/beer etc supplied FOC :duffer: Possible free spares from a wide selection of upgrades! :hyper: Cash if needed! :mac1: Got to get this beast finished for Billing! Chris.

Folks, When I travel at over 85mph I get vibrations from the front. They affect the steering wheel and make things in my rear view mirror go fuzzy. Clearly this is not a problem on normal public roads, but I could do without this on the track. I've recently had the prop shaft centre bearing replaced, which fixed the thrumming at 40 and 60mph through the seats, so I don't think it's that. I had the wheels balanced about 10 months ago, but I drive over 10 million speed humps a day. Do you think it's likely to be wheel balancing, even if the vibes only become noticeable at very high speeds? Any other thoughts? Cheers, Russ.

I was originally going to order the kit off ebay, but after reading the post yesterday i have been put off. So i'm going to have ago myself. If anyone has got any instructions or tips i would be very greatfull. But i do have a concern on the door cards how do you get it to wrap around the end of the door as its a right angle, all kit manufactures use stitching but i'm affraid i can't do that so what is my alternative. Also is there any other tricky party surely in places the material would pucker up how do you get around this. Thanks

I want to give my plugs a clean and i'm not sure the best method. My car has been missing all over the place and I had to replace a 4 week old set of platinum plugs because unburnt fuel had coated them in carbon and crap. (It's a long story) Anyway, I was thinking maybe just petrol and a hard scrub with a tooth brush or contact cleaner and a scrub...? Any suggestions?
