Im in the states at the mo (its so bloody cheap out here!) spent loads! but nos do a kit specific for the 300 (turo or na) iv spent the past month searching for the best kit & this seems to be it, iv just bought the kit and im back in the uk next week and should have it fitted in a couple of weeks so ill keep you all posted, it only cost $499 (about 277 pounds) :shock: thats with a 10lb bottle and all fittings etc the part number is NOS 05117 not sure on the price in the uk :dance: look on summmitracing.com look on air and fuel then nitrous oxide then NOS efi nitrous oxide systems if you already knew this sorry, if not hope it helps! :) i…

ok this is an old old subject but here goes, the main prob with the 300 is?? :x: the weight right? well an american company (im in the states at the mo) do a kit and they make kits for the huge american trucks. Now if ten or more order (check site for details) they will make a custom kit! they are bolt ons and iv seen some of there work on big trucks so our doors should be fine, look on http://www.verticaldoors.com if enough people are interested then it may work?! shiping would be a bit but between 10 or more would be quite cheap, any takers? or any1 found anything better? i really want this doing!! :dance: :)

i have just started a 300zx twin turbo after its been stood for a year and half it started first time but i think engine is missing what should i do? change oil and filter and the plugs or leve it running for a some time? :rolleyes:

In the last few days my Z has pick up a bad habit of smoking but it look like snooty smoke ,and when you go to boot it it seems to top out way before the red line .This car is fitted with a JWT chip of Andy ,it also smoke on tick over after a few min I have a pcv kit to fit but not sure if that is the promble.Just hope it not forked :bow: .Went to the warwick show a few weekend a go and she run there and back like a dream first go run for a bit ,but she is run every days to and back from work about 8miles in total ,street miles not motorway

Not havin a good day 2 day.......just noticed that the 2 bridgestone SO3's I had fitted about 9 weeks ago are looking a bit low on tread again....although the two SO3's which I had fitted on the front about six weeks ago are fine at the mo.....also the nearside rear is slightly worse than the offside.... Oh yea 4got to say i'm not that bad a driver.....ok only the odd 140mph thrashing......but apart from that i've ben a good boy.... Can anybody help...are bridgestones shite...or is there another problem :cry:

my rad has gone on my zed where is the best place to get 1 and how much are they i need one fast as i cant get the car to the body shop with out it. also how much are the uprated rads in alloy as i might get one of them instead

well popped the z up on a ramp and found the source of the prob. fooking great crack in the box after the cats!! am gonna get the guys at Longlife to just put longer pipes on 2m to bypass this box as well. should be ok as i have 2 back boxes anyway so.. should this be ok

Hi, I know you guy's can help me out with a little problem i have with tyre size's. The reason im asking is that i have just won some wheels off ebay(seen them at the last minute!!). The wheels are described as 6 spoke RS 306, split rims 8 x 17". PCD 5 X 114.3, ET +31. What do you think i should go for??. Also will this now create a bigger gap between the tyre and wing meaning i have to lower the car :confused: thanks evry1 Jonce

Hi, I have recently noticed a ticking noise coming from under the car about half way along. Pretty much about where the drivers seat is. I know I have a dodgy prop bearing and have a new one on the way from the States at the moment. Could this noise just be the centre bearing really on its last legs or is there another problem lurking from under my Zed? Any ideas? Justin.

...underneath where the main throttle-body pipes attach, there's a couple of little ones. On the left (looking from the front) it attaches from the left. The right one pushes on from straight on. Anyone know what they're for? Mine keep blowing off if I run a decent amount of boost... which is a bit worrying seeing as I haven't got a cam-belt cover :eek:

you might all think i'm dumb but what is Propane and CO2, all this talk about it makes it sounds good but this is the first i've heard of it. i understand how Nos works but never heard of the other two being used is it an alternative to Nos or a different kind of system, I think they should of tought this at school. :D

i need some advice things havnt worked out as easy as planned, i went down to my local exhaust place today to get the cats took out and replaced with straight thru pipe now he says u cant use straight thru pipe cos theres this lambda sensor there and if the sensor is bypassed for example he said it will run like a bag ov shit is this correct. i also was gonna get the small silencers removed to for that bit extra noise the silencers slightly behind the cats he said if i take them out it wont make any difference to noise im sick like i was lookin forward to it all been done somethings just dont happen like. my car is a 1990 NA. Ok now I have a new noise!! -lucky me! a rattley/buzzy sort of vibrating noise from (I Think ) where the cats are. It starts at 2000 revs continues to 2500 and then goes. While it is rattling performance seems to be down but when it goes she pulls as normal. anybody know wtf is going on - had thought it may be the cover over the cats rattling but could it be the cats breaking down?? am having them removed 2m so will see any input gratefully received cheers

The Wings West kit on the Zcentre is this a copy is it actually a Wings West kit. Also what material are they made from and do they fit straight on, i mean the bumpers.

Hi, I posted a while ago coz I know some of you must be running DVs. Do you suffer with tickover dropping to 500ish after revving and letting go. The idle climbs back up but for about .5 to 1 second the tickover drops down. Im only trying to eliminate whether this is a DV characteristic. Thanks

Has anyone installed an autobox cooler for an import n/a ? The kits that Luke sells are only good for the UK car which has already an engine cooler. I spoke with Luke who said that the problem is that the Jap car has no exxisting mounts, so special ones would have to be made, which can be a bit of a problem if you do not have bending,cutting facilities in your garage at home. Anyone know what causes oil in the engine to go all sticky and thick (not sure how else to describe it). Take sump plug out and no oil falls out, so thought it might be dry. Took sump off and oil is stuckk all round it but doesnt fall out when tipped over. Seems likes it dried out a bit and turned into gunk ! Not just in the sump but when removing the head as well, so all through the engine. Luckily not the Z but the girlfriends car - just asking here as need an answer quick !! Thanks
