Anyone have a link to a COMPLETE engine wiring diagram. All the ones I've seen seem to be in pieces or have sections missing or are unreadable.

The plasic surround has been a bit loose on the NS panel but has been opening OK. This morning the unlock sliding part would not move enough to release the handle. Moved it about for 5 minutes unit I eventually got it to open. Its still open, and off the car, so I wanted to try and fix it before it goes back on. I may not be able to get it off again! Has anyone had this problem and knows how it comes apart, I took the screw out but there seems no obvious way to pull it apart, the locking switch seems to stop it. Thanks

Just fitted a new wiring loom from the states and have got in a muddle with some of the connectors. There are 3 large, 2pin connectors on the new loom at the back of the engine. One is for the detonation sensor. The other two i'm not sure about. Two are grey and one is a square black one the same as the wastegate solenoid connectors. (I don't think this is used) Can someone tell me the wire colours for each connector as i think the may be crossed. Also where does the other grey connector go to? I've looked at the wiring diagrams on this site but found them illegible.

my Zs had this problem for several weeks now but just recently its been getting louder/more often. the harder i put my foot on the throttle, the louder this strange ticking noise becomes - originating from behind the steering column of all places, as far as i can tell. im not sure if its audible from outside the car - maybe it is. i seem to hear it as i drive through a narrow built-up area too. the noise is a 'plastic' ticking, not a metal ticking if you know what i mean - almost sounds like a wrist watch ticking, but about ten times as fast. problem gets worse as the engine warms up. performance has also dropped a lot too :( :( boost seems ok - afterm…

Right as some of you know I am only running 0.5bar of boost...!! And its starting to piss me off  Here goes this is what I have done so far. Have had it on ConZult at Ryans to see if there any sensors are not working eg det sensors all was OK. So now I thinking boost leak or Ryan said weak acctuators .. So I have made a boost leak tester at work today plus I got a resistor to bypass the the det sensor (just in case it not working.). I trid the resistor on the way home and still 0.5bar... :smash: So been out there tonight with a big track bike pump, been pump away for about 10-15mins (neighbours look at me a bit funny. ) now i ca…

Had my front registration plate stolen at the weekend, turned out according to Five O that it was stolen to avoid the London congestion charge. Anyway, they ripped the dam thing off and now there is a metal plate behind it, which for the life of me, I cannot get off as its well and truly bolted on from inside the bumper area. Is there an easy or easier way of getting this plate off, so that I can stick my new plate on, as at the moment, it would look odd sticking my new plate on as it sticks out too much, but the square plate that was on there before didn't due to its smaller size? And lastly, they damaged the rear square plate as well, but the likes of Hal…

Not happy at all about this but want to ask advice first before i take this further????? I've bought a Profec B spec 2 controller off a trader and discovered around 3 months of having it the thing just stopped working. I was told to try lots of differents checks which i did changed all the hoses checked and double checked everything till there was nothing else to do but sent it back. Rather than doing the decent thing and swapping it for a new one i was told it had to go back to the states for testing. This took two months and i was told there was nothing wrong with it,no test report no nothing just "it works". Still not convinced i decided to take it a…
