Has anyone got any copies of car magazine road test reports for the TT? I've just binned a load of ancient Top Gear magazines and I'm seriously regretting that now. Just wondering if anyone has any scans/PDF files of old road test reports. Thanks

Hello chaps I am keen to get hold of some sideskirts - after much thinking I have decided on the type modelled by Tizer/Tpot on their cars - are these the Stillen type IIIs and, if so, where is the best place to pick them up for a SWB? cheers

Need to replace the yellow connector in the picture - it's just to the right of the PTU as you're looking into the engine bay. Fitted a series 2 ptu at the weekend and noticed that the wire casing was looking a bit frail on the yellow connector. Reckon must have damaged one of the connections inside it cause now it feels like I'm running on 5 cylinders. Also noticed the fan wasn't running at all so waggled the wire about which made the fan come on intermittently. Zed now barely starts at all when it's always fired up immediately before. Temperature gauge hasn't moved above normal and there's no sign of oil in the water so I'm fairly confident that it's not blown a he…

Hi I am planning a trip to see friends in Hong Kong, I know its not Japan but does anyone know of any good buys I may be able to pick up out there for my Z either upgrades or whatever, at present its sat waiting for an engine rebuild and two new tubs, its a very sad little devil and needs cheering up... I guess I can just send the stuff via their postal service!? I thought I may be able to get one of those boost controllers or turbo timers maybe for a good price but hey I have never been there. On a related point if I get my engine rebuilt and some new turbos will I have to run it in gently (im guessing so) but for how long/ many miles? Because if I have an idea then…

Anyone know the manufacture of this clutch unit removed from a breaker today, it has the letters OS on the twin plates and the flywheel they look like a logo rather than as simple O and S, bit of a beast of a clutch you got to admit. Thanks for any help Jeff TT

Guys, ive heard you can get replacement panel kits that light up the 300ZX part in the middle....does anyone know if you can get one that illuminates Red and comes on when you hit the brakes?? Maybe one that is on all the time with the lights and then brightens up when u hit the brakes. Dan.

Hi all, sorry not been on for a while, (re-mortgage, new bird an so on.....) the Zed has took an almighty beating miliage wise over the last couple of months, and things are starting to feel a little sorry for themselve's in the engine department. It still starts first revolution but has a damn good go at stalling on pull off when warm. Basicly it needs a good service, where in the midlands is best to go or would i be better doing it myself?? Although i dont fancy the timing belt i could do the rest. If i choose to service the motor, who do i use for the parts?? ( plugs, filters, an most importantly OILS. Dont want to start the debate on oils so can i use this magnatech …

Frenchi again :D my question is simple: To boost up their car, many people use electronic boost controller, but will it work with a manual one? If I join both hose from wastegate (like for an electronic boost controller) and instead of the solenoide, I put a manual boost controller ( a tap), will it work or not? Will it be safe (of course I have an aftermarket boost gauge)? Thank you :)
