Any good? Had goodyear F1s and the guy that sold me them recommended these - and theyre lots cheaper.

During this time of year, everytime i go out to my zed all the interior windows are steamed up.. it happens really quickly but none of the other cars parked close to it are steamed up at all. Is it likely that one of the window / boot seals is slightly loose and thats letting moisture in? or it just the magazines i keep in the glove compartment too "hot" lol?

When I start the engine the dash light tells me that a door is open...I have checked all doors and they are closed. I thought it may have been the boot catch after it slammed shut but I have replaced the whole catch and it is still the same... It is causing me grief cos now the batt is flat... I need someone who knows how this works...anyone near Clacton??? Looks like it will need a meter and a bit of wire tracing... Urgentish...cos I am p*ssed off...been off work the last couple of days with a pulled back muscle and now this,.....GRRRRRRR!!!!! :mad:

Hi guys is there a diagram out there which shows all the vacume lines and where they connect to? The reason im asking is that ive just installedmy engine and want to do away with my boost conrol solonoids completly.Ive done a search but theres nothing conclusive. Thanks Steve.

long story, basically a couple of weeks ago, while out, i started the car and the starter motor stuck on... i switched off and tried again, it stuck again, but the NEXT time my full ignition system went pop... anyway, fuse was traced, up under the windscreen on the drivers side, replaced and all was well... got the starter motor cleaned up a bit, seemed fine for a week or so,. then tonight, was parked up and same again, only THIS TIME it persistently blew the fuse, eventually i had to bump it off just to get home, literally just turning the ignition past the ON stage blew the fuse... my mates a mechanic, so he rescued me and thinks its the starter motor, i…

This ones got me baffled , From cold if i hold the throttle steady in one position at say 40 mph going up a slight hill the engine surges , as if you are pressing on and off the acc pedal . Mine`s a n/a auto ... any idea`s

As above, whos fitted one? How easy was it, and was it easy to get at the fixing points? I'm ordering one from Chris, in about four weeks time, and was just wondering if I'm going to have any big problems. Also would you recommend having it sprayed on the car of off? TIA Dave

when i press my clutch it.. it goes about 3/4th the way down... then make a clicking noise.. which you can feel as well..... its really weird.. clutch is not slipping... and its ok.. but i am kinda concerned.... its only just started doing this. what could it be.

The moment of truth.... My Z is unwell. Its leaking oil from underneath, did the famous card board test last night and it seems to be dripping from the rear of the engine. Its definitetly black oil and not red. There is a 5 to 6 inch puddle every night. Oil pressure needle slightly down. Haven't checked the oil level yet but need to do ASAP. I can smell a musk of engine oil burning certain times. Do I panic ?

Sometimes after a quick blip of the throttle during driving the rpm can drop off almost to nothing and even stall. Could this be a dirty AAC ( aux air control) on the IAA ( Idle air adjusting unit) any help appreciated.

Help, my laptop is fooked, believe it needs a new harddrive. It did have a 10Gb IBM Travelstar, any suggestions where I can get the cheapest replacement. I am also led to believe the laptop is adaptable and will accept larger storage drives.

I bought my N/A auto knowing that the front brakes were warped. It's not a major problem but something I want to sort out at some point. Can anyone recommend higher spec disks (that don't cost a fortune) or should I just stick to standard spec ones? I will be doing more cruising than racing in my zed so overall stopping power isn't my main concern, i just want good stoppers that look nice behind my 18's and will last. Cheers Russ

got my new rear shocks from courtesy and what a a big difference / the car rides so much better and believe it or not seems faster...wow... :dance: all i need now it to replace my nagging speed sensor.. thats next on list ........ love ,y zed....baby...... :dance:

I was wondering of there was a way of relocating the front fogs and indicators so i can make the front end of my Zed look a bit more like the pic below?? i think it look sweet!!! :dance: Are there any front light mods that bring the indicators next to the main driving lights (like in many of todays cars)? i have crudely put a couple of front fogs in the picture at the bottom but would it be road legal to have them as indicators as they are quite low down. What do you all think? Z Man

I've got a creaking/squeaking sound from the front drivers corner of the car. I reckon it's the suspension bushes. Is this a big job to do?
