If you have the same front end as me, "Kaze" where are you side light fitted? Need to get this sorted as its not going through the MOT otherwise

Does the Yank MPH gauge vary from the UK spec one? If I go out to the states again this year, might see if I can find one. I'm guessing, if anything, that they max out at a low speed or something.

can someone send me a new eprom for TT jap Auto also would be nice to get my hands on a spare ecu in case i fook it up. ive got a socket i just need to strip it and solder it. but would prefer to do it out the car and just swap the ECU's any offers?? cheers

hi guys,im looking for a swb manual tt slicktop,and its just not happening ive looked everywhere but cant find any.(unless somebody happens to have one but not stuck it up for sale yet :cool: ) does anyone who has had an auto converted to manual have any problems? or is it a case of you would never know it had been an auto? thanks in advance Paul

do the 4-way flashers have to work for an mot?

ive got an AB-Flugg fron bumper and need to get it off to repair it and replace the intercooler. i just had a quick look before i came offshore. but there seems to be bolts behind the lights.it looks a right pain in the arse but surely it cant be that bad. is the process of removal simelar to that of the std bumper?? any help is much appreciated Fraser

Could someone do me a favour. I am going to order some silicon Hose from my local supplier. But I am 300 miles from my car. Could someone tell me the ID of these hoses and the length that they are so I can get it a little longer. Thanks in advance, Dave G

Just wondered what I can do....if anything about my speedometer. When I bought the car it was 300kph now its been changed to mph but still goes up to 300mph so looks daft! Also I want a glo gauge kit and I understand these go up to 180mph. Any suggestions on how to get it sorted and of course how much it will cost Thanks Rob

I'm at a los here... How do you remove the antenna base ??? I can't get my antenna all the way down. Not even by force. And in order to replace the antenna I need to get the antenna base of. but how. The screw on the antenna base is in the way.

Help!!! I have an auto box problem and can't figure it out. It seems that my car won't shift up into top gear on occasion - usualy after I've just used kick down. I'll be doing 70 plus (!!!) and revs are 4000 plus and I seem to be in 3rd (or 3rd overdrive. Has anyone else had similar problems? Also the power light keeps coming on even when it is switched off. Don't know if that's part of the same problem. Anyone got a clue??

What is the minimum speed the cruise control operates at? I have a 90 Jap spec tt auto and it wont functioon below 45-50 mph. Is this about right or do I have a problem?

H***JBJ parked in Astons car park Ipswich today 1st February. Red import TT and looks like it has just had some spray work done to it.

Assuming induction kit, exhaust and boost raised to, say 12-13psi.... What does anyone recommend? Install an Apexi AFC (or similar) or a chip, or have the ECU remapped? The idea being to avoid lean running and det, and get a few extra bhp too of course :) while not really planning to take the tune to any further stages. I await your wisdom... Yours, Chris

My HKS intercooler tuned up today, but i have no instructions with it so noooooo idea how to fit it.. does anyone have some instructions or know where i can get some from? Also its a bit dirty..... whats the best stuff to bring it upto a shine? was thinking alloy wheel cleaner? i know i need to be carefull as the fins can bend easy!

First of all just saying hi to everyone on this site only joined today bought 300zx a few weeks back 91 TT import. Not sure but think car is running in safty boost ive got an aftermarket boost gauge that reads 0.5 bar at full boost and also when at this level sometimes car will back off sharply then speed up again like a misfire or something??? ecu has been replaced by a mines unit and aftermarket filter installed also on another issue when window is down i can smell fuel is this normal??? please could anyone help thanx

just about to fit larger oil cooler for auto transmission, and need to remove the old oil cooler hoses going to the rad. how do i get at these ? or do i need to remove the rad ?

Anybody know if these are avalible anywhere? The 3 pod gusge that sits above the air vents in the center on the dash?
