At the end of the year i will be replacing my turbos,what else should i do? i was thinking of rebuilding engine but the mileage from new is 66k would it be worth it or just spending money unwisely!! What do you think????? And what tubs are reccomended and were is the best supplier of tubs? Dave

Hi techies a question for ya, what would be the point of fitting a lightened underdrive pulley to my stage 2 TT auto?? and do you need new belts or does itjust replace the original? and how much of a pita is it to do?

i have a non turbo 1990 300zx and i want to fit a twin turbo engine to it will it fit ok??? is there any probs in fitting this to a non turbo shell or are they the same??? is there anything i should know before i start doing this?? i have engine loom everything from a twin turbo..

I have a 92 tt 2+ RH. I have completely strip the car and have done well to collect photos as I have gone. But somehow I have deleted some. Does anyone have close up or good pics of the engine bay with the engine removed on a RH drive. I need to see where some of the wiring and piping goes with the body clips. By the way is anyone in the club from South Africa.

can anyone tell me why removing the aiv pipes that go into ur exhausts either side make ur car run badly and not sit idle. my car wont run well atall and it wont sit without me putting a slight rev on it. why does this affect the engine and is it maybe possible that iv got a cylinder on the go and its not really the aiv pipes under my car that wer cut off thats making it run badly. car runs ok when giving it some after about 5 or 10 mins but it still spluters a bit and still dosent sit idle. cheers

Anyone know when the clutch master cylinder was changed to the series 2 type with the bleed nipple on it?

car started to run crap last night while down cruisin down the sea front. loses all power then picks up then again and again for about 30 seconds. ticks over ok but if i dip the clutch and press the throttle the revs go up then its as though theres no fuel and the revs die then picks up again and dies again. this goes on for a minute or so then eventually it sorts itself out and is right as rain again, unusual i have had the chip and ecu out on sunday, wondering if ive got everything tight, hope its that cos i,m gettin sick of things goin wrong :hurl: lol it should be called an offroader

Got it a whole day early! Guess what I picked up from the machine shop today. Taking the heart and soul out ever so gently. Put a few things back on here cuz i was impatient to see her whole again, but nothing is screwed down. lol Took off the cover to see that awesome looking timing belt made from kevlar the greddy T-Blet Getting her closer to put back in the car and fire her up! Got the CAS,PTU,Fan and clutch back on, and the water pipes.

i've finally made time to make my orange n/a auto road legal! :hyper: i took it out on the public road for the first time today. :nana2: i've noticed, that it doesn't like changing up a gear whilst im accelerating. its fine at max revs, and changes down when i floor it, but driving normally it wont change up until i lift off a bit! :confused: does anybody have the same problem? does anybody know what this could be? it'll be for sale when i get my engine re built in my beast! :D thanks for any help.

Hi all Am getting the interior reupholstered and was wondering if anyone can give me advice about taking off the panels underneath the dash(ther tweed cloth ones Ive no probs with thge seats doorcards etc or even the centre consol. Any advice gratefully accepted
