please can you lot dig out any midnight purple z pics you have and let me see them so i can some better ideas thanks

I like the purple on Skylines but I just don't think it suits the Z.

Would say that midnight purple looks good but the blue looks a lot more eye-cathing and would be the most popular choice, also unless the sun is out you don't really appreciate midnight purple...

as i seem to be the only one who has read the title lol

yup thats the one, i think with the arches it will catch the light so much better than a standard zed and stand out

 

im not that keen on the blue, liked it at first but got bored with it

the purple zeds are my fav... but my taste changes regularly as im sure does many other peoples. if the time ever comes when i re-paint my new one, as it stands itll definately be a variant of midnight purple...

not sure if you remember the mass dribble over this paint job, but with a darker purple in it i think it would be bang on! thats not to say it doesnt look good as it is. very much the same story with yours :)

that is a gorgeous looking car and those rims are amazing :D

yes the rims are 20" lenzo titans, iirc they are the same rims as brakedust300 had on his nissan nirvana. lenzo only make the rim in 9x20 and 9x22 so as you can imagine they had to have alot of 'customization' to get to fit! not just to the car but also to the wheel. lenzo dont make a wheel with the correct pcd so they were bought as blanks and drilled to match the z pcd... then once fitted the brake calipers fouled on the spokes. he could not use spacers as the wheel would have petruded too far from the arch... so the lenzo customer rep took them away and shaved the inside of the spokes and re-stress tested them before finally getting them to fit!

 

 

so if your thiking of getting some... dont!
