does any1 know where i can buy just silcon or hardpipe vacum hoses that comes off the top plenium instead of buying a full set as ive already got hard pipe kit with the dumpvalves on sorry if it dnt make sense not sure wot u call them :confused:

Silver jap spec on the bridge in sturt road frimley green about 6:15pm tonight. I think the last three letters were CLK but i could be wrong. I was in the blue laguna estate that flashed you :D

As title says, What recommendations do people have for rubber on the stock UK wheels ? Currently have Hankook Ventus on the rear 235/45/16's and 225/50/16's on the front - not sure what make. Choice of tyres for the rear appears quite limited based on mytyres.com - but just sounding out what other people are running ? Thanks, Prof.

I was rudely awakened at 02:11 this morning to the soft and sweet sound of my horn going off!!! This isn't the 1st time it's happened, it went off a few weeks ago so I took the horn push out and it was silent again, for about half an hour :headvswal and then off it went again. This time I just left the fuse out and decided that it had to be the relay, had that checked and was told that it is fine. Put it back in again and the horn had been working as it's supposed to for the last couple of weeks until last night. Could it be an intermittent fault with the relay or amI going to have to go chasing wiring?

Just out of interest is it possible to change the gearbox ecu with a j spec one and add the gear hold as i'd really like to have it. I HATE having an outo but my legs knackered froma bike crash so clutch isn't a good idea anymore. Only other thing i've seen is a paddle type upgrade to the auto box

I reckon this would be a useful mod to stop fan air escaping but not really interested in the SS bling (and the price that goes with it!). I was thinking of knocking one up in ply or something but need the dimensions. Can someone with one PM me the dimensions please??

I used to be in the motor trade and still have my contacts. Got a call today, one of them has taken a 300ZX TT auto in PX and wondered if I might want it. Of course I shot down there to find a rather tired looking old G plate. I started her up and she runs on 5 and theres no water in Rad and the HI-cas light is on cause theres no fluid in the pot. I've done a search on the site looking for something completely diffrent and saw the very same 300 for sale for £4000+ by "Antf" back in 2005. Looks like Antf looked after and loved his 300 but the owner after him doesn't appear to have kept it up.Shame Still thinking about whether to have it or not, havent f…

hi guys the problem is that when car starts from cold its firs up instantly and doesnt smoke, but as it warms up it smokes a little until it reaches normal temp then its fine dosnt smoke at all, but if i give it stick and stop at lights or park up it starts smoking again theres no smoke at all whiles im driving not even a little. can anyone shed some light on this problem tnx

I let the wife take the zed for a spin last night and now she is stealing it to go to work in tomorrow. I get stuk with the laguna estate :rolleyes:. I think i might end up having to buy her one so she dont pinch mine.

My ZED started to missfire last friday :rant: , (was fine on thursday when I parked it up) noticed it as soon as I pulled away from the house on friday morning. It seem to miss more when it is started from cold but is still very lumpy at idle when hot, feels like it is holding back until revs get up over 2500rpm :confused: . I have tried looking for an error code the old fashioned way came back as 55, I have read on other post this mean no errors :confused: . I would be very greatfull if anyone could help as I have blow this months budget on the car all ready so don't want to start throwing parts at the car just for the sake of it!

does anyone know where they sell the bulbs for the projector bit of the headlight i believe they are H3C but ive been to RING and most of the car stuff shops near me and they try to fob me off with ones that dont fit ive had to send off to japan for them even the ones off fleabay came back wrong i only unearthed this problem due to a bulb going faulty and found out that the previous owner had fitted standard fog light bulbs and made a crappy earth lead up and earthed it on the bulb holder which has now burnt through i dread to think what could have happened anyone else had this problem or is it because my zeds an import

First one... Is there anyway to get the boost to build up faster with the apexi avcr boost controller? I don't get full 0.9 bar before around 4000rpm. Second one... I've got a rattle from the engine. Only done this from the engine.. Comes when I rev the car and suddenly goes of the throttle cable. :shock: than disapears again. :confused: Not enough rev and hard enogh to make the dump valve make any sound though. HELP

trying to find the aircon ECU, could someone tell me exactly where to find it, and how to get to it,maybe a diagram or picture? i thought it was in the driver footwell somewhere but can't find it. thanks ian
