Right, I'm trying to replace the crankshaft front oil seal and to do this I need to remove the timing belt and pulley off the crank.......there's no space to get a puller in and the thing does'nt want to come off........whats the best way? Help.............................PLEASE Stu

it's probably a long shot but has anyone purchased a turbo flange for the stock z32 TT. I'm using the engine in a project kit car and need to change route of exhausts. I'm looking to replace the cast elbows from the turbos and intend on trying to purchase a flange that will allow subsequent pipe to be welded to it. failing this I shall just have to opt for some to be plasma cut. also does anyone know the full specification of the stock z32 turbos please. I know they are t25 but there is a few variants in the t25 trim all the best paul

I wasn't going to put any phots up until I'd finished doing some little jobs and gave it a wash but I took some for someone tonight so thought I'd post them. I've got some replacements trims and other bits to make it pukka. I got it from the guy who was off to Miami . It had no MOT so he didn't get much interest and had dropped his price from 4k to £2600 as he was leaving in two days. I said I would come with the cash to look if he put it through the MOT. It failed on a tyre and front brake pads so I went up to take a look :) It had loads of history including £2700 for new turbos, a new oem rad £270, and a load of other stuff including the original dealers letter and a…

Hello all OK the car was doing the stalling thing when driven hard so I followed the instructions on the site to check the idle air valve. Took it off cleaned it with brake cleaner and degreaser, Dryed it and put it back on the car and now the idle bounces up and down and it mis fires like hell when driven???? Whats going on?? Please help????

just took the zed for a bit of a thrashing came to brake at the roundabout and it didnt wanna stop. luckily the traffic had started to set off , so i took it slow and they seem ok but when i push her hard she dosnt want to pull up is this a problem with the zeds , pads and discs look ok. any ideas need to get it sorted as my confidence in the car is growing and i push it more and more.. :mac1:

was sat in a cafe having dinner in matlock today, the place was heaving. 2 zeds came through, one im sure was shells candy gold one, and the other could possibly be ceejay, red one with same style rear lights which was the leading car. was aroud 2:30pm

Went to Great yarmouth over the weekend. Got to Norwich (about 100 miles) and all of a sudden I had no boost. The stock gauge was going up but had no acceleration. Then all of a sudden the boost would come back. Have just driven back and haven't had a problem. Any ideas as to what this could be? Darrell

First one was a white one at AFL with a hoooooge razor styleeee spoiler. Second was a red one on leyland lane doing a U turn with a NO SH1T sticker in the rear quarters. Anyone here?

Just out of interest, would my 300zx protest massivly if i ran it on regular unleaded? I have a 92 JDM TT auto... and unfortunatly i have to use her for my commute to work next week until my run about is ready. Its basically 40 miles on the motorway and a mile of normal roads at each end. Will it be okay on regular, or is it better safe than sorry and use V power. The car has no mods as such (filter, exhaust etc etc)

Anyone running rear rims that can take 2 x Bridgestone S-01 285/40/17 ? I won them on ebay by accident (like you do! was a last minute mistake bid). They've got about 4-5mm on them and are £20. They are in NW London so need either pickup or post (courier is £15). I don't want to mess the guy around but don't think they are any use to me!

I have a Jap import 300ZX TT it has no history of a cambelt change and I would rather get it done ASAP, I was wondering if any of you who live in Surrey area would take on the task and how much would it cost me including parts? and if it's an engine out, would it be possible if you could give the engine a quick look over to see if it needs anything else whilst it's out?

....as the title says. dont want to spend to much on one but are there ones that will sneak under my lowered zed and still be able to take the tonnage. dont want anything fancy and would just get a halfords one but wondered if there was a speacial one for low cars??

Has anyone tried 'www.ztech.co.uk' for parts and work? Looks like quite a new site and seems promising to me. I'm thinking of doing an engine rebuild in the next few months with them. Not too sure where the best place is to go at the mo with the old rebuilds. I'd even settle for a place that sells tuned Z engines, if anyone knows where..

the car has pushed the dipstick out twice now in about a month and spat about alf a litre of oill allover the n/s turbo, wasnt pretty, i thought i had blew it up! is it time for me to buy a spare engine and start rebuilding it or do i just need a new dipstick coz it feels slacker than the local bike?
