Went to the Rolling Road today but on the way noticed I was loosing water! Closer examination revealed small crack in plastic top of radiator drivers side. Any chance of repairing this or does it mean a new radiator? Cheers - Dave

Ok, went on the rolling road today and got 262fwhp BOOO!!!!!!, the equipment also showed im boosting at aconstant 0.5 bar. The car was on a consult just a few weeks ago and no probs at all. Fitted BOV's last week or so but there's been no noticable loss of power. I posted my 0-60 times a while back and everyone thought they were low which leads me to believe its been like it since i bought it. Theres so much on this (o2 sensors, boost leek, cold start valve etc etc) so im really stuck. Any ideas??? Car runs purfectly and the fueling matches the low boost levels. Thanks

blue smoKe on idle, changed pcvs (ta andy and a free conzult) tooK car 2500 miles round germany and europe for ten days, autobahns the lot, no smoKe at all !!!!!!wooohoooo. gets to a services to juice up, bit of blue smoKe a bit oily smell. gets home, letf it to idle for 7 mins after a 250 mile drive,nowt. left for a day started up, WHITE smoKe from both zausts, turned on next morning same thing. TooK for run, no smoKe on return after idle, tooK for short run today white smoKe from both exhausts on return after idle, it wont maKe its mind up. could it be that the pcvs are blocKed/mucKy again after 2500miles? i Know the one about the turbos but i dont liKe…

hi peeps my delimiter arrived this morning and the desructions are a bit vague to say the least anyone fitted on of these as it involves cutting some speedo wires and i'm a bit apprehensive any advise welcome big thanx in advance matty

At last, after 8 months of the road my precious 300ZX SWB TT on the road fully legal. Got new HKS exhaust from dta motorsport, shipped from Japan. Got new Apexi induction kit, spangly clear front indicators, front HID kit and the car is much more trim. New ICE soldering wiring loom to replace diastertron halfords connector blocks lol. Was lavely taking it for a leisurely spin with the exhaust going WHALLLBBUBUBUB :nana2:

Has Anyone that has 555 fitted to their 300zx have any Running problems after install (Not leaks). Ie: Rich running and uneven idle. (with no ecu errors)

would over filling the engine oil cause the car to mis-fire? i changed the PTU, thinking that was the problem, but still the same. car is very smoky, would it just be cos the spark plugs are covered in oil? or does it sound like something bad?

Saw it for the past few days parked outside one of the garage's on the Feeder. Looks like a custom paint job, sky blue colour. MR2 style tailgate and lambo lights? Didn't realize it was a Zed until today as cars were infront before blocking my rear mirror view!

Lambo rear lights and wide body kit. Huge orange flec in the paint number plate began with B. Saw you down near Hyde Park corner this mornign about 00:30. You seemed to be enjoying all the attention. Darrell

Electrical experts......do you know if its possible to change the colour of a LCD display that uses electroluminescent backlighting ? Standard colour is Green, and I would want to change to blue, which I presume as its a primary colour that filters (if they exist) would be out of the question. Invertor..voltage ? :confused:

Any pitfalls in fitting them other than the black guey stuff. Darrell

Took my new Z to work for the first time today since it was such a nice day and a Friday. To my delight on the way home, I had a nicely warmed up Zed, an empty slip road/dual carriageway was able to try out the acceleration for the first time - OMG it was like launching a rocket!! :hyper: According to me AVC-R I peaked at 1.44 bar - foooking marvellous!!! Now I'm not into bombing along the road at ridiculous top-end speeds, but the shove in the back and the need to hang on to the steering wheel whilst in mid-boost - that's what Zedding's all about :nana2: It was nice to see the petrol gauge accelerating downwards almost as fast as those 555's did t…

My car's been in with ZTech now for six weeks. I haven't heard a bean from Ryan for ages. Ryan's normally ok at getting back to people and I know ZTech were on holiday last week, but I've left him messages every day this week and not one call back. I decided to visit them today to see if I could get some kind of update on my car and at 15:30 the place was deserted and all locked up! :confused: Does anyone know what's going on with those guys and how I can find out where my car is? Does anyone know on where to get hold of some springs and is there a way to test the solenoid while you have engine apart to check it works properly, any ideas? Also how do i know if i need new springs? Do people generally replace them? or have they got a long life. Engine is on 70,000 mile?

I have relised something today, Autogauge gauges are utter sh@t! i now have 7 of the same Lumiglow gauge They match my dash in style and backlight colour perfectly, but keep breaking all the time! Either the backlight packs in or the gauge packs in ! what gauges do you have?
