Just had my mot done today and got me wondering what emissions readings other people got as mine seem quite low, hopefully indicating a healthy engine.

 

CO : 0.40% Vol

HC : 214 ppm Vol

 

its says the limits are 3.5% and 1200 ppm

 

Seems mine are pretty low?

ps you should get an emissions report with your mot

Had mine last week,

 

CO: 0.15% vol

 

HC: 21ppm vol

 

Not bad for a 15 year old car.

Especially when you consider our 1.4 pug's figures are, CO: 0.05 and HC: 23ppm

 

pretty pleased, as it went though with no advises

Yeah I think thats pretty good, this was mine for last MOT

 

CO : 0.64% Vol

 

HC : 98 ppm Vol

Quite good really. considering the 300 was discontinued in England because of the high emissions which they said would never pass the mot's

HC: 0.0% vol

 

Probably something to do with the engine being in little peices all over the conservatory floor annoying the missus lol
