Hey guys i was just looking through the http://www.300zx.org.uk/tech_18.htm and found this thread for the 93 model Brake rotor Air guide upgrade http://www.ttzd.com/tech/deflectortech.html Is this a real z32 model improvement or a custom made air guide. Anyone with a 93+ zed have this on their cars???

Hey guys just wanting some info on the later model zeds in regards to the EGR. Ive read on the aus forums about the EGR being dropped by nissan in the later model zeds but is this true?? and if so why did they Dropped it??? Does anyone also known if it was dropped what did nissan do without the EGR in place???

For those that may be interested in travelling to Cornwall. This is a copy of thread placed in South West Meeting. 22/23 September is Run What Ya Brung weedend. Have just changed my alternator. Filled up with water and so on. Connected the battery. Flat battery So had another car and hooked up the wires from each car. Did hook up ground first and the + last on my Z. Got a small spark. But instanly as I had hooked up the + there was smoke around the battery. Checked the fusible link. The only weird thing I could find was that the fuse to the left with the wire smelled burned.... Everything is black when I turn the key in the ignition. Only thing that work is the main beams. But that is also wrong since it should be normal driving lights when lights is turned on. Other than that everything is BLACK:( Any ideas on where to…

Right i'm looking to wire up my front and rear lights to flash with the indicators when the alarm activates/deactivates or is set off. I know i'm going to need a relay, but need a bit of help with what pins to use on the rlay, iirc i'll need an 'or' type relay as in alarm powered 'or' switch powered, is this correct? is it possible? i open the floor up...... Ive just got my 99 spec bumper/spoiler and headlamp scoop panel back from the spray shop, it looks blooming lush, BUT, its the wrong shade of yellow. I took the car to a paint specialist (supposedly) to get a match, and although they said it was a pig to get an exact match the closest they could find was Hello Yellow. Put the headlamp panel up against the car and its a mile out, great colour, just wrong. The bodyshop told me to go back to the paint specialist and have a moan to get some money back. The paint specialist told me to go back to the sprayer as he should have done a sample piece to check it was a match to the car. Seems to me they are passing the buck to…

Sad but true. :( I'm in Brisbane for a few weeks, and I went to the Rugby League match last weekend. On the way back, I saw a red zed coming in the opposite direction, with a red nudge bar on the front! It was a simple round-section bar, probably one inch diameter, and bent to come up from under the bumper (which was mashed on the driver's side anyway). Hope someone can help. the power light came on on the auto box then went off again doing about 30mph without foot down far enough to kick in the power mode. However i took it out for a spin tonight and neither the power light or hold light comes on now with the switch, it could be some sort of sensor but wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem. Also when the car is cold and driving up a hill keeping a constant speed the engine seems to be choking until you give it more gas, it does it on the straight as well but more noticeable going up hill. I already cleaned the temp sensor, again wondered if anyone has had this problem. Cheers Graham

Just installed my new lcd touch screen dvd player and it works mint, except for when a disc is playing and the headlights/sidelights are on, as when i begin to drive i get interferance through the speakers as a whistle which is consistant with the engine speed. The interferance goes when the disc stops playing or the headlights are switched off... whats going on and how do i fix this problem??? cheers guys

Just been sent to Germany and I need a set of lefthand drive headlights or moded lights for my 93 non turbo zed. Can anyone point me in the right direction give advice or details of anyone who can help me with this problem. I'm fast running out of time as the germans are being their usual helpful selves and muggin me off. I have only a limited amount of time to get my headlights sorted.
