Hello guys, i'm actually looking for the Ferodo part number of the rear DS2500 pads for the twin turbo, i already bought the front ones (FCP 986 H) but the shop told me they can't supply me with rear ones unless they know the part number. I would be very thankful for any help. Best regards. Artur.

After going to trax at weekend i ended up with the hicas warning light coming on after travelling about 30 miles. it cleared itself whilst we was there but then decided to come back on again after about 30miles on the way home. I remember that it did this before when i drove to Northampton. any ideas what could be the trouble or does my car just not like the A14? Cheers, Paul.

I'm having my rear spoiler removed and I'm considering a rear wiper removal too. I know it's not an MOT requirement to not have a rear wiper, as some cars don't come with them fitted, and vans etc don't have them. But it is a requirement to have it working if it's fitted. Does this mean fitted to the car as it left the factory, or just fitted at test time? What I'm getting at is does removing it actually count as removing it or simply rendering a fitted part unusable to an MOT inspector? Would I need to blank the switch off for it to pass? Your thoughts would be apprecieated, especailly if you happen to be an MOT tester or you're removed yours and passed an MOT :)

Hey guys wots new these days. Its been a while since I was a registered on here "PHNW" as I dont get much time to enjoy the forum like I used too. I have noticed many new club members of which I will prob bump into at Zedfest no doubt. There is a lot of catching up to do by the looks of things, so we will bring some marshmellows, sit round the fire and catch up on the gossip. Its good to see most of the old skool is still around and havent been escorted of the premises. Catchya @ Z----FeSt LaterZ Dave C

Hi i have a AVC-R boost controller installed with a Jwt stage 1 remap. My question is should these connectors be connected or not? See pics. They were both disconnected. What happened was the car would get to about 4000rpm on full throtle and then it would missfire pop and bang and all that when i looked under the bonnet i saw them disconnected and re connected them. Since then it has been fine but i think they are ment to be disconnected. If they should be disconnected has anybody got any ideas what could be causing the problem after 4000rpm? Here are the pics

Anyone Evre Paid A Lad In Shields For Parts And Never Got Them??? Get Back To Me

Since I got my car back from Ztech, it hasn't been boosting right. Positive boost doesn't really get going until about 4.5k revs and peaks at about 5psi (aftermarket gauge, Profec B switched off). Having spoken to other owners with T28 tubs, there is deffo something amiss :( I've only driven the car once since my leaking injector was fixed, and whilst trying to diagnose the boost issue, something metallic pinged off under the car at "full" boost (could have been something on the road but I suspect the car dropped something that was badly fitted). I got home, parked it up in my garage, locked the doors and left it there... I've booked my Zed for it's MOT tomor…

Hi Guys, Been looking at a Big brake upgrade, and as both the front and rear pads are brand new (80 miles  ) was thinking of swapping over the Calipers. what i mean is the bigger brakes come with 8 pot calipers so can i put the front 6 pot calipers in place of the rear 4 pots as a straight swap? Seams a waste not to try, i know i could sell them to the 200sx guys but if can improve the whole braking system by just swapping them over i'd rather do that. Any thoughts on this? has it already been done? can it be done? can anybody foresee any problems by doing this? cheers Neil

I bought these and wanted to wait till fitted before i commented, they are excellent casts and are a massive improvement on stock discs. They come in silver, gold or black. I would highly rec anyone to get these.
