This is a bit naughty I know but i've got some downloaded movies I wanna put onto CD OR DVD... There aXX0 releases and most of them only take up 700 - 750MB and are excellent quality! I wanna be able to play them in a standard DVD player so need some kind of converting software I guess to Convert the AVI files to VIDEO_TS... What are you guys using as I'm having difficulty trying to find some software to do what I ask! Thanks very much!

Just bought another 300zx, I need to have it collected from amersham and delivered to Birmingham... Does anyone on here provide that service or could anyone be tempted to do it for a fee?

on 5th gear when tiff went to the Veyron assembly factory they showed a shot of the underside of the car. I was expecting some stuff going on down there and maybe a diffuser or something but it was completely flatenned of with a board of carbon fibre. Tiff seemed to be suggesting this had a big effect on the veyron's performance. I am not for one moment suggesting the zed is anything like the performance engineering of the veyron but are the flappy sh**guards that hang down having a bad affect on the zeds performance and handling? The rear part of my guard has come away from the attaching bolt and barely clears the ground.

omg have you seen the Defi's in action my mate has them in his GT4 and they are awesome. Was wondering what other brands do them. I love the Blitz MD and BLM and would get them if it wasn't for they can't do the record thingy. what a bum hey.

Hi guys! I'm in desperate need of this power steering hose complete with the termination crimped ends... If any one is breaking there Z or has one spare I could purchase, I would be most grateful as it looking unlikely mine can be repaired with new hose. Many Thanks, Jonny

I bought my zx a few weeks ago and changed it on my insurance policy, they quoted me £900 4 yrs ncb at 24, which is good. But my renewal is due next week and they want 1290 bloody t-leafs. I contacted them and asked them why the big rise in 3 weeks and its because I ran a pedestrian over 4 months ago and the case is still pending (not my fault by the way lol ) So why is this affecting me 3 weeks after I put the car on the policy and not when I did put it on the policy?

Help!! it started last week. when i start it in the morning starts at 2000rpm, goes down to 1500rpm when warm. if i go out and start it again after 15mins goes down to about 1300rpm. Never drops down below 1000rpm. was running great for the last few months. varies sometimes on how warm it is outside. on a cold day its worse, warm day better. thought it may be afm.

Well,the next time you think you see steam coming from the engine bay and your missus tells you you`re being paranoid..DON`T LISTEN TO HER! Just checked,coolant all over the undertray, pipes etc. Rad`s half full so hopefully only 2 or 3 litres lost from capacity.Turns out top rad pipe had developed a small tear which is now a big tear after removing and a bit of prodding! Just so people are aware it looks like the (jubilie?) clip is the culprit,split just under where you tighten up.Fingers crossed no gasket damage done as may have been driving about for a while like this :wack: If i have been lucky,i can only put it down to catching it before i lost it all,advanced c…

Going to install my controller hopefully this weekend, and up my boost to about 14psi. Firstly though i need to chip it, can anyone please advise me on the best way to go about this, and please leave some links if you have any, thanks Dan

She Only Smokes When The Revs Come Down From High To Around 2500rpm, Then Whoooosh, Its There, Like Slightly Black,blue Smoke. I Know Am Over Fueling, But Just Thinking The Worst!! No Smoke Under Load Or Going Thro The Gears, Just When De-accelerating??? Also No Smoke On Idle. Cheers People. Alan.

The AGM is upon us this weekend, and we are in for a cracking weekend, weather permitting. :( this used to happen once in a blue moon, but now it seems to be becoming more frequent. On turning the key the check lights come on, i can hear the pump do it´s thing briefly but that´s about it..no clicking or turning of the starter...the dash lights don´t get dimmer like a power drain..just nothing what so ever. I read something about aftermarket alarms causing stuff like this..but my alarm isn´t hooked up to the immobilizer--never has been. any ideas would be greatly appreciated cheers Maz

My amp remote stopped working yesterday so i tried putting it to the ignition wire to the head unit, Turns out the amp remote wire must be earthing somewhere as not the ignition wire doesn't work either, Is it fused?? The cig lighter still works

After going to trax at weekend i ended up with the hicas warning light coming on after travelling about 30 miles. it cleared itself whilst we was there but then decided to come back on again after about 30miles on the way home. I remember that it did this before when i drove to Northampton. any ideas what could be the trouble or does my car just not like the A14? Cheers, Paul.

I'm having my rear spoiler removed and I'm considering a rear wiper removal too. I know it's not an MOT requirement to not have a rear wiper, as some cars don't come with them fitted, and vans etc don't have them. But it is a requirement to have it working if it's fitted. Does this mean fitted to the car as it left the factory, or just fitted at test time? What I'm getting at is does removing it actually count as removing it or simply rendering a fitted part unusable to an MOT inspector? Would I need to blank the switch off for it to pass? Your thoughts would be apprecieated, especailly if you happen to be an MOT tester or you're removed yours and passed an MOT :)

Hey guys wots new these days. Its been a while since I was a registered on here "PHNW" as I dont get much time to enjoy the forum like I used too. I have noticed many new club members of which I will prob bump into at Zedfest no doubt. There is a lot of catching up to do by the looks of things, so we will bring some marshmellows, sit round the fire and catch up on the gossip. having been a member on here for 4 years, this year there seems to be a very small turn out at any meet, so im just wondering is it A dont have time/couldnt be arsed B too far away or C ilove my car and think its the dogs danglies but after being on this forum i cant go to a meet as it seems everybody elses car is so much nicer, cleaner, modded, etc. and im feeling car inadequte
