Well that's about the list of things that are wrong :) However I think it's all related. Car has now started to stall when pulling up to junctions, but also when pulling away from roundabouts. When coming off a mini roundabout tonight I was accelerating gently and all of a sudden it was like I'd taken my foot off the accelerator, no revs and car started slowing. Tried pressing accelerator but nothing it was like it was disconeccted, car just slowed and stalled. Tried to restart but would just turn over, wouldn't catch. Left it for a while, and the immobilisor came on, so turned the key, plipped the fob to turn the immobilisor off and car started first time…

 just put the kids to bed, they're full of anxiety and worry. It's one of those times you can tell kids "I know exactly how you feel" and mean it. we've all been there. At least when we worry about something going to bed we can numb it with alcohol (or whatever lol)

I have had this idea, basically why don't we get a list together of willing Datascan or ConZult owners who are happy for other members to get in touch, if they are local so if someone needs some help with their car. It can be plugged in and give the owner a few ideas and if the user is confident enough carry out a few checks for the owner to help em out, might not be to everyone taste and we don't want the Datascan or ConZult owners getting the piss taken either but I'm willing to help out if I can. 12. I'm trying to put some xenon bulbs in my headlights, but it seems that it's impossible to get at the bulbs to change them. The two screws clearly have to be taken out so that the clips which hold the glass in can be taken off. Now the screw on the left may just be possible from that angle, but the one on the right has about 1 inch clearance before a large metal plate is in the way. It seems that there's no way to get this screw off without completely disassembling the car. Any suggestions?

Hi, I 've got a late 1991 UK twin turbo 300ZX which is leaking brake fluid, can anyone give me some advice how to fix this and the triple clutch fitted on feels very hard, is it normal for the pedal to be this hard? I'm trying to get this car back to how it should be, does anyone know where I can find a 300zx specialist in ESSEX? THANKS MK

I was driving down the motorway this evening, when my batery light came on and my anti- locking brake light came on. I also found it very hard to turn my steering wheel, then the car started to over heat and i lost all oil pressure. after leaving i sitting for a while i seem to have the same sytoms, but filled it back up with water to cool it down. But it dont sound to healthly when turned over, sounds very lumpy. Any ideas. Not had the car more than 3 weeks, really upset now

Bloody thing! Its nver failed to start even though I've had this running problem. Drove to work fine, 10 hours later, won't start???!!!! Fuel pump runs, and I can smell fuel as I turn it over but it won't fire. Had a quick look in the dark but all connections ok. So, would the PTU just give up like that?? Maybe thats been breaking down and causing my hessitation problem?? Thoughts please guys and girls.

Hello, everyone I have just bought a late UK 1991 twin turbo manual 300zx, I would like to know where I could find a 300zx specialist in essex. The car is leaking brake fluid and it's fitted with a heavy duty triple clutch which feels like wood  I am not sure if the clutch should be that hard, so I wanted to know if there's anyone on here who lives in the area of Basildon who can give me a hand to sort this Z out because I don't really know much about it. THANKS MK

My daughter is fast approaching the 9kg limit for her first "rear-facing" car seat and I will need to get a forward facing car seat. Having done a search and read through loads of threads on the subject, it would seem that the Britax Elite would be the one to go for. Unfortunately this has now been discontinued, so I was wondering what folks have been using as an alternative ? I went to Halfrauds today and tried a few. The modern baby seats have wide bases, which do fit over the gap in the "bucket" seat, however the problem seems to be the positioning of the seat belt buckle. It is too far forward, so when the seat is in position, it is able to pivot and is not an…
