Has anyone got a PTU they can lend me for an hour or so to diagnose if mine's dead? I'm in the St Helens area. Ta.

I found another one, not sure if its a repost but i havent seen this one yet, and its dirt cheap. They do bolt on piping kits too for 6 quid. 300zx intercooler

Finished the repairs yesterday and took the old girl for a drive. Everything seems to working OK except the steering. Getting the typical sound you get when power steering fluid is low, gets worse at full lock. Feels like the power steering is cutting in and out, although everything moves smoothly when car is turned off and on the jack stands. No leaks anywhere and fluid is OK. Any ideas?

Im looking to fill in the hole completely, where the clock went in the stereo facia plate ? is there any way of filling in the hole then bog it /sand it/ and paint the same colour as the car ? its made of a hard plastic (i think). Im installing a double din dvd player and i dont want that hole there.! also i dont want to have to resort to installing a turbo timer or similar in there Any suggestions would be much appreciated !

ebay Item number: 310010961319 ok guys, i want to buy these. will they fit an s2 jdm '94 lwb? i think they should, but i think as they have bulbs in them they are for us cars only, as those seems to have indicator lights in the side rears... if they do fit - the seller wants payment via bank wire transfer as it's international. if they do fit anyone want me to get them some, too? we'll probably save on shipping. if they don't fit - where can i get the same thing for a jdm car? or at least clear ones like on steve300zx's zed? thanks

Hi everyone! happy weekend! need some help here buddies; I´m about to buy these flashing LEDS for my Z32 like fake car alarm, I asked them before I buy them how do they work and how to install them and he sent me this;: For the LEDs to work just connect them across a 12 volt supply _____________________________________________________ 12 volt flashing green LED. Mounted in a 9mm plastic bezel for easy fitment. What I wanted to know is; what does this means? where is a 12volt supply in inside my Z where to connect these LEDS?? I am lost somwhere in the dashboard? I don´t think so..etc..etc? Thank you guys

LOL Bet you wondered what I was doing in a little KA! My Mondeo was having warranty work done in Clevedon and that's all they had! Nice to see the Z out on the road. :)

im looking at removing the middle silencers and cats from my otherwise standard n/a. My question is, what will this sound like with standard rear boxes? Has anyone used this setup? And if so what sort of noise did it produce? Thanks.

What is the usual problem if the hicas warning light stays on, could it be anything to do with a car being laid up for 10 months? Does the hicas have to be working in order to get an MOT? Cheers in advance.

Well after scrimping a saving for the past 12 months, I've finally bitten the bullet and put the car in to have some, let's say...amendments. 1. Tein Superstreet shocks and springs 2. Tein EDFC 3. HKS Oil Cooler 4. Bushes 5. Tein Tie Rods and 6. Pretty Coloured Hoses for under the bonnet...makes it look pretty 7. Ancillery hoses for other bit of the engine bay 8. Timing belt Once done she'll then be going in for a full respray from Metallic Green to a 2 tone metallic green/blue ish hue.... Have opted for handling over performance mods, as I feel she's quick enough as it is.... Will be the best and fastest 5K I'll have spent in …

whats the legal situation with having a smaller numberplate sitting at the bottom of your bumper and facing upwards? i need to think about relocating mine soon as its really blocking the rad and i dont want to have it above the bumper because it'll look like an old man's moustache :D there's nowhere really to secure it at the top (like teeth) so the only option ive got really is to have it facing upward at the bottom. i know a few of you guys on here have done the same - have you had any bother off the 'taxmen' over these?

i have these decat pipes from the zcentre mid pipes On their site it states they are for models upto 1992, why is this? wont they fit on any Zeds later than a 1992? surely the design wouldn't of changed? Thanks.
