Could have been any on the above colours it was getting dark K reg looked like a 95 rear spoiler . on the A364 or whatever it is marlborough road shot past me about 4 pm today. I was in a pearl white tt on the way to drop my car off for rebuild

Is it possible for a 1992 model to still have the tweed interior and not velour? I thought all cars of that year were velour or leather!

My mates just had to jump start his zed, as its een stood for a few months, took it for a drive and all seems well, except the indicators wouldnt work yet the hazzards would :confused: now when the cars turned off and the key taken out some of the electrics are staying on such as the air con pod, and seems to have flatened the battery again, its 89, j-spec auto twin turbo. can anyone help cheers si

I find my wipers to me pretty substandard but dont know when they were last changed. My girlfriend has these on her new polo (curl up like an old sandwich when you lift them off the screen) and they seem to be pretty effective but different windscreen shape and newer and newer blades and not having to cope with the same speed as the zed. Thoughts?

right i really like these wheels [/img] but i just dont know if i like the fronts with the smaller lip :confused: can you fit the 9.5 j rims on the front or will this just look stupid :slap: (to my self) if any one has pics of these wheels on a 300 please post them as i really wanna make the right choice when it comes to wheels as cant really afford to pick wrong ;)

i am get my cambelt changed and seen lots of times when people have changed their pulley for a UD one but i cant really find anywhere where it is explained what it does (apart from you loosen your belts to tighten them afterwards!). Can someone explain to me what a UD pulley is and how it works how the theory of it gaining bhp works out. What are the down points or problems with them because there seem to be some dissenting voices in the ranks. I have noticed it never mentions UD pulley in the insurance mod list so is it sounds like a rare bhp increase without being hit for it with the insurance.

They have decided my car was a write off on Friday & i recieved a cheque today for £2100, didn't think it was bad considering i got to keep the car aswell, now just need to find time to fix it

Hi chaps, aint been on in a while but have a problem which is absolutely doin my nut in.. Went to autosport last friday and when i got there, closed the doors went to set my alarm (clifford G3 full closure) and noticed it flashed 4 times to tell me a door was open. re- closed both doors re-set alarm.. same again tried the boot ... same again so left it set with the one sensor un armed. I have since had the problem that my boot light is on but the boot is latched tight and the door open light is on on the dash... i have dismantled the bootlock mechanism and cleaned it, re mounted it (actually set it further down on the sliding bolts so it shuts better) …

Heading on the road out of avonmouth towards severn beach (lol love how that place is called a beach). Anyway it was a dark blue one, no bodykit, didnt see the wheels it had on. I was im me Carlton at the time.

Last Sunday morning. Assortment of wheels and a front bumper badly needing a repaint. Looked pretty aggressive though. Nice and low.

I'm looking to replace my rather worn OEM Turbo pipes with either some Stainless Steel Hard Pipes or the Silcone ones.. I've heard lots about the hard pipes soaking up or generating a lot of heat of the Silicone ones so just wondering what would be best to buy really without loosing performance...

I cant find anything obviously wrong with the zx(broken spring, loose mountings), but i get a clonk on the last bit of braking. The tie rod bushes are supposed to be poly, but they are black with what looks like rust leaking out of them. :cry: Its driving like something is loose, cant see any cracks around underside of arm mounts either. Any ideas?..its been a bad week, supposed to of sold it + got another by now, but the guys stringing me along :slap:

Could anyone tell me the best place to buy a new TPS please? Nissan dealer did not want to know....made some poor excuses about it being a Jap import etc. I have code 3 fault on the auto box ecu diagnostics and the box is changing all over the place.....mainly near the red line! Would consider a used one as long as its proven a good en' Cheers.

Hey guys, First of all, as this is my first thread id like to thank you guys for the info on this site. I bought my first 300zx in December 2007 and this site (amongst others) has really helped me get a good understanding into owning a zed with some sound advice and tips. So once again, thanks :D Now, when i bought my zed, i had the guy put it through an MOT and the car flew through with no problems apart from the tyres. The rears needed changing and the fronts will need changing soon too. To get it through the MOT (and unknowingly to me) the guy had 'budget' tyres fit to the rear. The tyres he bought were Wanli and the ones on the front are Maxxis, Ive not re…

right i have an unfortunate friend who owns one of these monstrosities um i mean cars :slap: it has a unique (read as a fookin nuisance) turbo supercharged engine. it comprises both parts and unfortunately is the culprit for his problems with the car. my question is where can he potentially get it refurbished / repaired in the local area for a non bank breaking charge?? thanks gaz

Do any of you peeps know a good Auto electrician thats not gonna rip me off from the Manchester Area? I've sold an Audi TT to guy in Rochdale and it has a fault with a clicking hazard warning relay/switch in the dash. I've sent up a new part but it hasn't solved the problem. I need someone trustworthy to look at it as I obviously can't be there living in Wales! Can any of you guys recommend someone please?
