Has any one had a Jap Zed Mot'ed in the last few months and been told they HAVE to have a rear fog light; cos I have just had this. The car was mot'ed at the same garage last year and not a sodding mention of it then. Have the rules changed this year or was the mech just being a tw*t?:rant::rant: I now have a light fitted and should i take it off???? Thanks Marcus

Thinking about some vents for IC exit ducts, but want to know if anyone has successfully blended fibreglass into the poly bumper, without it cracking? They are going to get some proper flex in them as I live in London, and those speed bumps make good ramps :)

I've just noticed both rear sills (just in front of each wheel) are discolouring forming bubbles and rusting...... I guess i need to replace both sides towards the join just before each door. Before i do this i want to find a really good guy in London who i can trust! Anyone reccomend a garage in or near West London??? Cheers guys Alex (07944045178)

I know one of them is for the clock, just trying to work out what the rest are for? They all had something to do with the old stereo...I think. It's a bit of a mess. Not sure what's what. Sorry about the quality, I've lost the lead for my digi-cam, so have to rely on a phone!

collected my car yesterday. while the engine is idling there's a sound exactly like AIV gurgle coming not from the nearside wing but from what sounds like the bottom of the centre of the engine. my AIVs were removed ages ago! she holds boost ok and drives fine, albeit i only run a few psi while im running her in. engine temp is a tad warmer than normal too. any ideas?

my zed has been making a horrible whining noise lately, on closer inspection it turns out that someone has over tightened the air con drive belt, resulting in the bearings going on the idler pulley, also the roller on the air con compressor is noisy when turned. can this roller be replaced or do i have to buy the compressor and roller together, and does anyone know where i can get the parts thanks

What is the diference between the fuel injectors for the pre and post 1994/10 cars? The HKS list is for cars 1994/10 to 1998/10, can you not fit them to an earlier car with some modification?

Right my battery I think is fried. But thats not the question. Have the charger connected and was going to fire the car up and take it for a clean. But although the radio wants to comeon I get a clicking comming from the near drivers side, all the electrics are intermittent with the clicking. Not enough power or is a relay fried?

My zed tt has felt 'loose' and floaty for a while now, i put new upper arms on, new tension rod bushes, shocks,arms,bushes,balljoints(- what a toss job that is!) At each stage it felt better, but still loose. I finally put new whiteline adjustable anti roll bar links on the back.Strewth. Bloody thing is transformed :) doesn't hop, skip, stays flat on roundabouts, WHY didn't i do this first. Brilliant :hyper: £25? 20 minutes :wack: Just do it, if you are running about on 15 year old links!
