just need some advise guys,i have recently aquired a paul bailey high rise spoiler, same as mac1, i also have tailgate skin,taken my car to my paintshop to be fitted and sprayed,my sprayer has raised concerns about fitting it with tailgate skin,due to weight of spoiler,any guys out there gone down same route any probs with cracking(tailgate) etc...any advise welcome.

Need to get some new double-sided tape to put one of my mud guard back on (the foam style ones). Had to get it of the old mangled wing. I did get some black foam 'automotive' tape however its err crap. I can stick it on and peel it straight off. The tape that was on the mud guard is a grey foam style but this stuff is strong. Seriously strong. I spent an hour peeling and scraping it off with my finger nails. Where can I get something like what was on there? thanks

Obviously my zed wasnt going to be as reliable as i hoped. typical. First Problem: Clutch failure. During the time i managed to sneak onto the Le Mans curcuit and complete an entire lap of the Cirque De Sarthe, i noticed the clutch would slip if i dropped down from 5th to 4th and planted the throttle, but other than that, it drove spot on. Until i got on the toll road on the way home. I gave it some berrys coming off the toll booths, into second and it wouldnt go it. tried 3rd 4th and 5th, noting but syncros trying to mash. I manage to guide it into each gear by matching the engine speed with the gear box and took it easy to the end of the toll road. When i came…

Now and then when I go around a right hand corner, I hear a little click or multple clicks from what sounds like the rear passenger seat or quarter pannel. When I hear these click the interior light flicks on quickly for each of the clicks. WTF could it be ?

righto, i've had this up before but nothing seems to have worked. It started about 50miles after a spin off with no impact damage to anything further forward than the doors(no fuel lines crimped). thought may be completly nonrelated. It just didnt want to accelerate, put-put-putting under power. took it home and tried it a couple of days later and all seemed well untill after about 50 miles it started to do the same, but not as bad as before, could still accelerate but only gently. Went out in it a couple of other times and it was on the whole fine (mabe a single misfire once evry now and again)untill... i was out in it most of the day without many problem…

Had a knock in the car a few weeks ago, hit a barrier head on and damaged the front end. Have replaced the front bumper and headlights and centre panel but now it looks like the accident has pushed the passenger side headlight downwards so now there is a big gap between the bumper and headlight. I wanted to know if you can get a new bit that the headlights mount on, not sure if its all connected to the slam panel or not or even how it joins to the rest of the car (i am hoping that it bolts on). Does anyone know if i can replace this piece or do i have to have the original bit pulled out and lined up?

I have just brought a second hand boost controller which is a greedy profec b spec 2 which has got no instructions and was wondering how the hell you fit it.I think it has all the T pieces i need and have just ordered the pipe work from DTA do i need anything else.Someone please help.

Is anyone going that has a conzult ?. I have mine but my PC has stopped seeing the car, so I'm assuming the lead has packed up, I'll be sending this back to Danny, but I wouldn't mind running a conzult on it as it's not had one since the rebuild. Would ideally like to rig it up and check it out before I go on the dyno.
