Ive just fitted this Radiator last week mate and its bloody good quality.. and BIG :). Just to let you know i had to trim down both of the "locating pins/legs" at the bottom of the radiator to get it in, unless your putting in the rad from underneith. Sorry I cant help with the electric fan or expansion bottle im affraid, just thought id put my 2p's worth in :D.

Hi guys.. As ive just bought and fitted a BIG AMS radiator from Z1 i am now left with no place for the bonnet stay to lay as i had to remove the old radiator brackets. So i am thinking about installing either 1 or 2 bonnet struts to hold up the bonnet. My question is has anyone done this? And if so where did you get the gas struts from etc and how/where did you install it. :) Any help is much appreciated Rob

Thanks for the advice guys.. MGH - Yes he gave me a warning and 14 days to produce new Legal numberplates, Fit them and then take it to an MOT Centre to check them and fill out some form that the police gave me.

Hi Guys.. Well.. After having my specially made number plates for just over a year now (bought from a guy on here) without the blink of an eye-lid from the authority, today was the day that changed :(. I got pulled over for the following reasons: 1. Non British Standard Front Number plate 2. Non British Standard Rear Number plate I was given a warning and 14 days to change the plates to meet the British Number plate standards which isnt too bad as i could have got fined. Here's The Car: After having checked the current sizes of my Character Height, Width, Stroke and Space between characters there was only one requirement that was actually legal and met the British Standards for imported cars which was the character height :nono: ! So now i am on the hunt for someone who can make me a pair of number plates that fit the following requirements (or nearest to those): Character Height: 64mm Character Width: 44mm Character Stroke: 10mm Space Between Characters: 10mm Is Anyone around to make me a pair and be sent to me within 14 days :) ? I have the same problem mate.. Its been with the car ever since i bought it which is about 3 years ago now and its been for countless services etc at zedworld and Jeff has never mentioned it once so im not worried :)

i think its one of the Greddy range of BOV's Either the Type R / Type RS.. and usually with a big single turbo to get that noise ;).

They sound like this This guy is running 25psi.. not sure if their releasing the pressure quick enough but it sounds damn nice ;).

Tell me how you get on with the illumination to the ignition if you get round to it mate ok, as i was thinking about that idea also. Regards Rob
