  1. Evening guys.. Just out of curiosity has anyone seen my old car around?..I sold it a year ago or 2 now and i'm just wondering how the old girl is doing, would love to see her in her new home.. this is how she last looked: Cheers Rob
  2. Saw this yesturday in the auctions, nice sleeper for sure with some tasty mods. Love the Rays too, Certainly wont hang about LOL.
  3. By the looks of those mate those are ARC bovs and SHOULD be dumping to atmosphere, what noise are they making? I dont think ARC's make much of a noise anyway but you should be getting some form of woosh noise.
  4. This looks like a nice sleeper, Would be nice to know 'what' turbos is has rather than just aftermarket ones. http://www.wrc-sales.co.uk/bradford/?mf=4&p=2 What do you think? Rob
  5. Looking good mate, I had those hard pipes and bovs. Watch out for the top of the bov's as my bonnet rubbed against the top of them and started to wear them away, just a little note :).
  6. I Love it personally, was going to have the full bodykit of this.. Made by Final Konnexion. Heres afew others. Rob
  7. Dont get me wrong, the Z is a great car (especially this one) ££££'s has gone into it as you can see, Everything thats aftermarket on the car i have bought, and asked Smithy afew favours to get me those parts from Japan ;). But without a doubt i prefer the Evo overall, The Z has got the looks over the Mitsubishi by far but other than that the the evo leaves it standing, performance wise and also cost of parts as you only need one, rather than two for the Z ;). Are you looking at buying a 300zx? Rob
  8. Hi, Ive had dealings with them as that is my black 300zx on there :), which I part Ex'd for an evo 5 not long ago. Rob
  9. LOL no the LED's are not effected by what country you drive in  was just a rough guide to see what they could maybe look like :)
  10. lol i had this idea a while ago.. would look very cool imo but i bet its a hassle to do.. heres my photoshopping skills on paint lol
  11. Watch it over.. The car cant possibly take an entry to the left and then steer back into the original straight line he was taking before the cop car is facing that way. And I dont see how its only tied at the top as there are pole's holding it down to the ground..
  12. Have a look.. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JZinLozX8s4&feature=related Ive tried to get my head around it and it just baffles me lol.
  13. Surely its worth more than that for that spec?
  14. Ahh i was thinking it might be that one.. never knew it had 550bhp though.
  15. http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/429229.htm Just browsing pistonheads and came across this, Sounds abit of an animal from the spec and at an unbelieveably cheap price imo. Just wondered if it was anyones on here, looking forward to the pics ;).
  16. Not a waste of a post at all mate :). I also thought this about the cars being made after 2001 have to show the maker names etc, but not before 2001. Its becoming a pain in the a** to be honnest as ive changed the number plates twice already due to people moaning about size, letter height, borders etc and im starting to get bored of it. In my eyes as long as the numbers/letters are clearly shown and not too small (which they aren't as ive copied the size from DVLA's Imported Vehicle section) then i dont see a problem and I dont see why they should either.
  17. Thanks for everyones input on this matter, really appreciate it.. Looks like im going to be £500 down then and nothing really to show for it :(.. I would rather spend £500 on performance parts but i guess the brakes are kinda important LOL ;). Regards Rob
  18. Hi guys, Sent the car off for an MOT today and to be honnest, thought it would fly through but it never. Anyway there are afew little points that the car failed on such as the numberplate which SHOULD be within the legal requirements but obviously not :x: , Nearside and Offside headlamp aim too low but what concerns me the most is that it failed on the 'Nearside and Offside rear (to flexy) brake pipe Excessively corroded' ( Thats exactly word for word on the MOT Certificate ) Can anyone give me an idea of what sort of price are we talking about for the brake problem? Ive been quoted £500.. What do you think? Any ideas as this is really my main concern. Much appreciated for any help Rob
  19. Did I see u in the m1 about 1:15? :) I was on the otherside of the road in a Clio.
  20. Earls is probably your best bet mate :) http://www.earls.co.uk
  21. Your prob best off asking someone like smithy mate.. Im sure he can work his magic and possibly get one over here for you ;). And that carbon fibre bonnet looks like its made by Mission, Very nice :). Regards Rob
  22. Sorry mate, I need to re-subscribe :).. Ive never seen the Koyo so cant really comment. Yeah its very easy to fit, even for a novice like me.. Got a little worried at first as i saw afew pipes that were on the original radiator that wasnt on the new rad.. Checked underneith and those pipes were bunged up anyway so i have no idea what they was for. Altogether id say it took about 2 hours, But i like to take things steady and allow plenty of time and not to rush, Just make sure you have a file or saw handy to cut down those little legs at the bottom of the rad and it will slide straight down into the locating holes at the bottom :). Regards Rob
