1. More goodies in the shape of Braided rear brake lines, rebuild kits for the Brembo's, pad springs, pins and mahoosive carbon ceramic brake pads:punk: (fit the R35 GTR):bow:  Pic next to a 500ml Cider can for comparison Put the boot into the Powdercoaters on Saturday, so should have my newly painted calipers sometime this week:thumbup:
2. The link isn't working for me, Facebook doesn't show it
3. Ah Si, why would you sell her?? What would you get instead?? You'll probably regret it, like a lot of former Zedders that have since come back looking to buy back or find their old cars. Keep it, enjoy it and if not, store it. If it's like mine, it owes very little for what it is and the performance it has (or will have:wink:) I've often looked at V8's and V6 Sl Mercs, Porsche, Yank Tanks etc and when I see how much they'll cost I just think if I put half that amount into the Z, I'd have a monster of a car. Don't sell it, You WILL regret it mate:thumbup1:
4. Welcome to the Club Ant:thumbup1:
5. Welcome back Scott :thumbup1:
6. Fair play to you Dan, some serious work going on there:thumbup:
7. Get to work putting it back together, and for Gods sake, DON'T SCRATCH THE PAINTWORK:thumbup:
8. I'm watching this mate, looking for advice also, so can't help ya out:whistling:
9. Nice interior in that Merc:thumbup1: - - - Updated - - - Still waiting on pics Rich:whistling:
10. Well, as I'm off sick and am not allowed do any physical work, I said we'd do a Funky and feck off to France for a few days:biggrin: Sitting in the queue yesterday and these little beauties rock up behind us:thumbup: Love those TR4's
11. Ha! I'm a sucker for a good bargain me:biggrin: Oh.... And I have a hard neck, if you don't ask, you don't get:yes::thumbup:
12. I'd be interested in all the interior panels and maybe my Konig front seats, we've everything else covered already, I think:thumbup:
13. I find that CZP is cheaper for shipping than Z1:thumbup1: These are what you're looking for??
14. Cheers matey, I followed the instructions also but I just thought it didn't look right:yes: I'd heard stories of how hard it is to refit the diff to the subframe but mine bolted straight in. I put it together while grilling chicken fillets on the BBQ, thought I must've done something wrong for it to take only 10 mins:thumbup:
15. ^^^ That's the man to talk to^^^ By all accounts Garry has sourced some very nice cars for members on here and he seems to be a stickler for making sure the little details are always taken care of. I'm sure Jaikai (Lee) and Bedzee man (Chris) will relate to this:punk:
16. Nice bus and nice colour buddy:thumbup:
17. Cut the dust guards to allow for bigger rear calipers Refitted the diff with the Energy Suspension bushes. Are they fitted correctly?? I put the metal plate at the top ??
18. Funkysi seems to rate the Z1's as the best FUCA's available, he'll probably be along shortly to advocate them. They are very expensive though, but you get what you pay for I suppose
19. I think Chris Kelsall (Ceejay) is selling a new set for something like £1500, can't remember exactly how much, but they're cheap:thumbup1:
20. Jeez!, that was quick! How long has he had it? A week?? Has he cut out and replaced all the rust? Was he expensive or is he a friend? He must've dropped everything and just stayed stuck into yours. Any pics Ash??
21. You need to give me a little more time buddy, I type it up on the computer and then edit it to add the pics from the iPhone :tt2: Another packet arrived containing the Brembo decals and stainless steel bleed valves for mine and another set of Evo calipers that are being done also:thumbup:
22. Been busy enough the last couple of days, got myself a threaded plug to fix my dilemma with the bonnet hinge, slots in and you then pull it back and it crushes against the inside of the hole:thumbup1: Ripped/burnt out the diff bushes and installed my new Energy Suspension ones, went for black to contrast against the red, tidied up the subframe with another nice layer of red:thumbup: Fitted my brake brackets to the rear hubs in preparation for my freshly powdercoated calipers (not ready yet) and organised all the fittings into seperate labelled bags.
23. I'm getting Simon (Mondo) to do mine with the thumbgrips and perforated sides bud:thumbup:
24. Aww, thanks guys:thumbup1: Oh and Jay, if Ash has his downpipes off will you get them as well:thumbup:.. Only joking:biggrin:
