  6. "It's eleven o'clock and time for the Chicks with Dicks hour" :mac1:
  7. Some class questions!! and replies !!
  8. As long as it's not another shopping or quiz channel you have my blessing!! I don't think it's as far fetched as you hecklers think. For example... has anyone seen "smile TV" on freeview yet...? Utter shite but if that bunch of clowns and bimbos can get a station up and running... I rest my case! I'd start with the Beeb... see what they say. If you get it going... Don't forget about the few who didn't heckle :)
  9. Are you sure they are heated? If the seats have been salvaged from an earlier car, they had a weird pre-tensioning system in the seatbelt buckles that is connected with a 2 pin connector that dissapears under the carpet. This cable then connects to the recoil of the belt to reduce the tension in the belt. I think it was removed from later models.
  10. I got a roasting yesterday for leaving my car running "unatended"... Turbo-Timer was running - Dick To make matters worse it wasnt even a propper cop.. was one of them Renat-A-Cop glorified traffic warden ****ers!!!

Thanks a million to Mark I now have an AFM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so........ ... 16th or 17th and where... ... have to make a quick decision if we are.... seing as it's the 14th today!!!!
  13. The screen can be run from the same source as the head unit... Mine does. laptop is running of the ciggy lighter socket (hardwired out of site) I bought an unpowerd USB hub as the cozult cable doesn't draw any power. Audio (ground loop?) interference is the next hurdle...
  14. Only a few motors away from a full on transformer.... Cool!!
  15. the one on the left :wack:
  16. Sorry mate I ended up using what i had left to make a couple of fence posts in the garden  I managed to get my length for half price as it was damaged one end  hint-hint

I'll go with whatever you guys decide.... I NEED AN AFM :(
  18. I asked the same question a while ago and the guys (as they do...) all went NOOOOO in unison. The recircs, just as BOV's, rely on boost pressure to keep them closed as much as intake vacuum to open them up. If you don't remove the recircs you will loose boost and also experience strange hessitation. You can get the right sized bungs for not a lot of cash... or even cheaper as i did, use appropriately sized pieces of dowling to plug the hoses.
  19. Thanks mate. Hoping it was not going to be that. :( Prop was sourced from a guy on here. It's already cost me £200 in labour to fit.... sob...sniff...
  20. Remeber Spokey-Dokeys...? Colloured plastic things you fitted to the spokes on your push-bike that would slide up and down and make a racket as you went along.... I think they came free with a breakfast cerial or something... Well I had my reconditioned prop fitted yesterda. All the vibrations have gone  but now it sounds like i have spokey-dokeys on. The noise is consistent with road speed and sometimes goes away when you dip the clutch. Any ideas what it could be??
  21. Eh, the post is called how old are you but the pole is called how old am I??? So i ticked the box at how old I am... oops Judging by your fascination with alcohol I'd say late teens early twenties  I grew out of getting pissed around the same time i started to find a flat cap and slippers comfortable
