Shape the mesh so it folds in around the inside of the opening, put a couple of cable ties through it and a couple of wood bits through the cable ties against the outer part of the bumper to hold in place. Squirt Grip-Fill over the inside (bent over part) of the mesh, or use your hands to apply (rubber gloves are optional). This is how the guy did it to his Cobra in a "Car is born" and it's worked for me.

HICAS Stands for: Hyper Intermittent Cacky Ass Stereing. The PAS level only needs to drop a tiny bit for this light to come on. So even if it looks like there is plenty in, just add a drop and that should do the trick.
