Mine will be perfect when I get a couple of missing interior bits fitted this week. It's scary fast at the moment LOL For how long....? Who knows! :rolleyes:

It's late so I won't say much other than what a fantastic time I had. Great people and great cars. I somehow managed to win 2 prizes after all the hastle of the last 2 years LOL I'll post some more pics up tomorrow but this one sums up my weekend! :D

The T28's I have are originally from SE Nissan and I had to get a fitting kit from them. Theres quite a few other mounting parts you need to change. Worth doing though ;)

There both days and by far the best turn out of Z's I've seen at Billing.

Yes just get it up to PPS and your troubles will be over :dance: Just look at how many of the Z's on here have been done there and see the quality. Oh, my car took 9 months to get the bodywork finished followed by 18 months of engine/gearbox conversion! :shock:

I just had a guy at the petrol station bragging to his mate that his Merc would wup my ass. It was a brand new C 270 or CL 270 and looked like a coupe type thing. He said he worked for a Merc dealer and reckoned it was 500bhp :rolleyes: I just looked at the model range and I can't find anything with 270 on it that isn't a 170bhp diesel! Am I wrong?! The guy was serious about racing me LOL

I had the exact same problem but it also had been using a lot of water for ages and there was an oil leak on the heads so I decided it wasn't even worth starting on. If you can get a known good 2nd hand engine then I think that's the way to go. You will probably have to pay to have your engine pulled and a lot of labour just to find the cause. You could easily end up paying £500 just to find out that its knackered, when you can get a good engine for £1000 plus fitting. Courtesy are selling brand new engines for about $6500 I think but the shipping would be silly.

Well it was easily sorted with a piece of hose and a one-way valve from the booster to the balance bar. You don't need all the tanks in the wing.
