Great figures there i have simular spec that im looking forward to soon get running. Can i ask what RPS clutch you use to hold that amount of power?

Has anyone converted to a electric power steering pump on the Zed? Im in need of some ideas in what pump to use at the best size & price. I know the Saxo and many other Citroens, peogeots and Vauxhalls use them as well as the MR2 and BMW minis. I want to locate the pump where the battery normally sits. Does anybody have any ideas what pump would be best suited to fit in the location? As well as up to the job. I have deleted the hicas completly so im hoping any of the above will be powerful enough. Hi all, What a pain in the arse i fitted my fuel tank ages ago and just needed to fit the fuel pipe on but had lost the screws that i also found again tonight:thumbup1: Anyway mine doesnt line up correct! Is the flexi pipe ment to flex because mines fixed? Is there an easy way to fit the pipe or am i doing something totally wrong here haha.

Hi all im hoping you can help? Im in a situation where id love to spend 2k plus on a carbon clutch but i cant afford to do this at the moment. But i do need a clutch that will cope with the power of the Zed im building. I understand that the lifespan of a cheaper clutch wont last as long but im in need of 1 that will at least get me though the tuning stages and be useable untill i can get enough monies together to get a carbon clutch. What do you guys advise or have experience in using on a car possible of reaching around 600hp @ the fly with similar torque. Spec list is availble in my rides section if needed. Thanks Dan

Haha Joely i havent got enough room to type that amount in the software. A quick double check for the TT gearbox ratio. Im sure yowser is right as always but ive seen varients in the search ive done? 1st 3.214 2nd 1.925 3rd 1.302 4th 1 5th 0.752 FD 3.692

True ive seen the Fiats brakes they are really close. Im just wondering because ive painted and laqured the calipers the paint might hold the heat in and make the expand more? Hopefully im worring over nothing as normal

Hi all, Ive got round to fitting my alloys and noticed that the Brembo calipers are about 2-3mm from the spokes. Will this be a problem? Ive ssen calipers really close to alloys before but ive been told the calipers will expand when hot but by how much? Cheers Dan
