  2. happy bday buddy, have a great day
  3. happy bday buddy, have a gudun
  4. i would look into doing a resister mod in the clock itself, trying to work out what resister you would need at this time with this hangover is beyond me......I will be back in a few hours sober so might be able to help then.....
  5. http://www.itv-f1.com/News_Article.aspx?PO_ID=40283 Hamilton is now first
  6. been a pass in a 350z and compared to the z it feels sooooo sloooow
  7. thats why i said decatt was a bag of worms situation
  8. in case dave aint around i will stand in here for a mo Induction cone is the type of air filter the apexi is which is by far one of the best for the Z de limiter will be included in the chip if you do that, it removes the top speed limit of the car of 155mph, the benefit of the chip is that your ecu will see the raised boost you will get from using mig welding tips as boost jets( safe boost without chip is 12psi) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=29063 Less restriction in the exhaust will not only add power but make the chances of detonation less on tuned cars
  9. oh by the way mine will hit 60 in 4.7 now according to datascan speed test, have to be a bit rough with it though.
  10. first off bud before pissing around like this is your autobox cooler up to it, if not forget the pissing comp as it may end in a broken box, if it is then my car is pushing 370bhp and it cost less than a grand, do not run boost jets of .8mm out of the can, try 1mm first of all should be 14psi( couple of quid), andy p will chip your ecu for around the 90 quid mark, apexi induction( 100 quid) , Boost gauge (50-100 quid), decatt( bag of worms here but 100-150 quid) and straight through exhaust( get centre silencer removed and fit sleeve pipes to make zorst a straight through sys( 40 quid).
  11. happy birthday bud....was gonna say dont drink too much but thats a bit stupid of me isnt it...lol
  12. try using diesel oil as it has a higher degree of detergents in it, then change back to normal
  13. thats caused by the flex when it hits, use foam filler on the inside and trim, it will give structural strength and remove excessive flex
  14. I thought it was dump valves , think the original topic got jacked by smellyknobrotSi, back to tpoic tho, at above normal boost aftermarket dump valves or blow offs are better
  15. as si said remember it will need some light lube
  16. i only used expanding foam filler in mine as it still leaves flex but strengthens the overall shape
  17. you will probably find some dirt in the valve sleeve, causing a partial blockage or the solenoid is fecked
  18. http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=920429
  19. ok basically what was said was to use strengthening supportive metal pieces on your bumper in vulnerable areas, what i did with my oem when i modded it was to use expanding foam filler ( get it from b+q)and spray into bumper cavities and trim when dry to add support
  20. jdm are set to run on 100ron , if you want to run it on regular you will need to chip it, andy P's chips are set up on regular.
  21. the first one has used a very shite wax , irrespective of how good zymol is ( and it is very good) they have kinda cheated, if you want a good deep gloss wax then take a look at p21's it gives a magnificent deep shine and can be layered , only downside to it is that it will only last a month before needing topping up take a look here bud and look all the way through polishes glazes sealants and waxes http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/polishing/polish/cat_16.html
  22. Lisa, glad to hear your ok , hows dave, as said before at least the vital part walked away.

  24. lets face it top gear has just helped toyota big stylee.....mind you the truck was awesome
