it would be the release bearing if there was still noise with the pedal down, with it going when pedal is down I would say input shaft bearing, try changeing oil to redline mt stuff

they do arb bushes but i advise replacing the arb's with adjustable uprated ones, have heard great things about the whiteline ones

look at swz as they do a set of kyb's and eibach springs, appears to be one of the best suspension set ups for road use and driveability. fit uprated arb's as well
