I am a long term sufferer , even got so bad one week I had less than 7 hours sleep, I was a walking disaster, went to the doctor for some prescription sleeping tabs called zopiclone, they are less dangerous than the old ones, I used them to make my body find a sleeping pattern and then weened myself off them, still keep some in the house for when my body clock thinks it is a comedian.

  14. it would be the release bearing if there was still noise with the pedal down, with it going when pedal is down I would say input shaft bearing, try changeing oil to redline mt stuff
  15. sorry meant to clarify this earlier but was busy eating the espace 3 litre you are talking about is the renault Z engine , Z7X engine designation also known as the prv engine. renault designated V engine is the name given to the nissan designed VQ engine used in the vel satis and espace.

  17. your all talking tripe whilst good books all of them there is only one real contender on the fantasy side and thats raymond e fiest, read magician and then the rest of the riftwar series and then carry on. Janny wurts might interest you with the stormwarden book and the mistwraith series, if you want heroic fantasy then you CANT beat david gemmel

  21. they do arb bushes but i advise replacing the arb's with adjustable uprated ones, have heard great things about the whiteline ones
  22. look at swz as they do a set of kyb's and eibach springs, appears to be one of the best suspension set ups for road use and driveability. fit uprated arb's as well

  25. if you mop with g3 remember it is a quite abrasive compound, try gentle g3 followed by 3m machine glaze
