  1. Spot on Si, it was midweek and the weather was superb, I fell in love with Wales all over again. Why more organised "runs out" are not arranged over the summer there as a group is a shame. Empty, wonderful diverse roads and conditions, really enjoyed every mile and the scenery was simply stunning at times, as I say, I'd love to do it all over again :-)
  2. North and South Wales, 611 Miles in two days. Must do that run again, soon ;-)
  3. My colleague in the states just sent me this gift, he heard I had one :-)

  5. I will second that vote. Paul gets a vote from me too for NEO. I have met Paul on a couple of meets and can vouch for his passion for the Zed and his determination for all to have a good time, enjoy their cars and do the best by the club. His single mindedness can come across but that's a good thing, he will get things done. Paul genuinely cares and will go out of his way for others and the club. He is a practicable, knowledgeable guy with a big heart.
  6. :thumbup1:Looks great, good cause and close to me, yep, I will be there Mr Osty1, looking forward to it
  7. Went to LA Autos, Lee fitted the 99 spec rear lights, And the Altia quarter shades :-) So pleased with both Phutumsch and Lees work. Sun was shining so decided to take a couple of days off and drove round North Wales. Brecon and the Black Mountain pass tomorrow:-)
  8. Thanks Paul, I'm popping up to Denty's early next week and we are gonna fit them but appreciate the kind offer mate, cheers!
  9. Awesome. Ill say it again, Awesome. Well Phutumsch has excelled again, hard to believe Andy has turned these around for me in just 24 hours! He only received them yesterday afternoon and the final result exceeds my expectations, I was not sure I could keep the original loom or indeed if the re-application of the bulb covers would be as original, great job Andy, great photos, great communication all the way through, as ever...sincere thanks. Right, 99 spec rears going on and the Altia shades as soon as the delivery arrives. So chuffed, Altia Sill Plates, Altia EL Panel and now the trio, Altia Rear Quarter shades.....one Happy Zed Head
  10. Great news, looking good Andy. Pleased to hear the wiring and original plugs are good, looking forward to the final result, Thanks mate. Great job.
  11. I have auto and its fine. The JDM Auto has three modes, cruising, normal and mental mode, along with overdrive, the kick down in mental mode is great fun. I'm staying with the auto.
  12. Phutumsch has sorted me out a nice pair of 99 spec rear lights and is setting to on the Altia rear quarters, cannae wait to get this lot fitted now.... ;-) Nice one Andy....thanks man...
  13. Mind you, I may have changed my mind on going on track after watching this https://video-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hvideo-xfp1/v/t42.1790-2/13054063_1603371726650000_1444749515_n.mp4?efg=eyJybHIiOjYzNSwicmxhIjo2MzgsInZlbmNvZGVfdGFnIjoic3ZlX3NkIn0%3D&oh=a031d95bc202fcbdda2d577a8194d954&oe=571E59B6
  14. I would have but my son and I are catching carp in France that week mate, next time :-)
  15. Agreed, Big Thanks to Adam/370Ad for organizing and advising all throughout. My first big event with the club and I loved it, I will have a go on track next time, I just wanted to get a feel for how it all works yesterday, come on COOPD, I have an auto but we can just take it steady mate, I wish now I had gone on track yesterday, it looked like a lot of fun man!
  16. Great time was had by all. So much to see, hardly had time to catch up with those from the club, really good day out :-)
  17. Sums it up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfASW6ibR-8
  18. After owning a 260z and a couple of 280zx, I then buggered off to Africa, not the place for a Z32. I married, settled down and raised kids, then came back to Blighty.....settled and got the usual family daily run around and company cars, I know..boring. Then....last year I was diagnosed, underwent surgery and endured 3-4 months of pure hell and eventually recovered from the big C. To keep me sane, focused and positive, my bro and my missus advised me to get a car, any car to have some fun in when I recover, my bro had just re-built a 240z and I started looking/researching the 300zx and its provenance whilst lying in my hospital bed ....it worked. I love that goddam car and I am glad and so friggin grateful I have such a terrific motor to enjoy whenever I want, plus I am meeting some really cool peeps along the way as well which is a bonus. My zed got me through and keeps doing it every time I look at, sit in or drive her, she's special alright.
  19. A sad loss, a musical genius and innovator. Incredible live show and such a backlog of songs we can all place a time we heard it.
  20. Tickets & Car Pass arrived by email, printed and ready for Sunday now. Looking forward to this......
  21. Same as, apparently we should have the e tickets by now, if you have not received them, call the number above.
  22. Got em at last, can't wait to get these fitted:-)
  23. Just had a great drive out to Mildenhall and got these off a chap based there:-) Will need to ask Phutumsh to work his magic and get them working once again, will set off the Altia sills and rear panel lovely :-)
