noticed a subtle improvement when I fitted my Fidanza one - worth it while doing a clutch for sure

Intake manifold ITB testing
Looks great! Some serious work there! Have you got a dyno reading before fitting this?

Bush worn but not sure name of part lol
pretty sure you cant get those bushes seperately. Its new arms for standard or Nismo/aftermarket poly bushes etc or adjustable tension rods with rose joints installed as options IIRC

manifold gaskets
As above - non genuine exhaust gaskets tend to be terrible quality and its not the sort of job you want to do twice!! :D

F*****g deer......
Hi bud - it could work out to be quite a deer repair :blushing: sometimes Merc do a repair kit for headlamps to replace broken brackets however - not sure on your model. PM me your VIN & will take a look on the parts computer. Xenon headlamps are usually around £6-700 per lamp :pinch:

Godspeed SMICs
The only thing I found reported is that as they are so tall you really need some custom ducting to get the most from them: http://www.kroffts.com/kke/gsicd.html

Lol! Does look like the outlet from the turbo is going straight to the TB! Perhaps it's a pre turbo front mount!!

first ive ever seen
LOL! I used to look after a couple of these many years ago for customers that used to come in - to say I was dissapointed was an understatement! They are a load of cr@p!! I used to quite like them until I worked on them & drove them!! :x:

mmmmmmm I think its time to design a new inlet manifold from scratch
it will be very interesting to see results & I hope a before & after dyno test is carried out to see results to power output. As well as the ability for flow rates, intake manifolds runner lengths are very important for power delivery - a short run is great for peak power at higher revs but a longer route (if designed correctly) will greatly improve mid range torque & drivability. This is why most modern engines use a variable length manifold with switchover valves to vary the length

brake caliper advise
LOL! its not too bad to do but then it is what I do! GTR calipers are a great upgrade if you can get them, they are quite cheap for what they are these days & are a direct bolt on job with the GTR discs :)

brake caliper advise
pistons seizing in the calipers is very common on our cars. You can get caliper seal kits for reasonable cost to refurb the calipers yourself. The pistons will need to be removed - they push into an internal seal and can stick, get corroded and cause them to become stiff. Once removed you can clean the piston surface with some fine wet & dry with brake fluid on. Give them a good clean up & inspect for deep pitting. Light pitting from corrosion can often be cleaned up with the wet & dry paper. Deep pitting may require new pistons. Refit with new seal & dust seal. It will transform your braking experience! I done mine years ago but upgraded to R33 Brembos a while back which is far better :)
