i would have thought that would be ok, a cheap multimeter it not gonna be that accurate, so .3 of an ohm is not that much, unless your using a good quality one. are they all the same? if so i would say thats a good indication that alls well.

Also, check your rear Hicas arms, excessive play in those will cause it to skip around too, as well as your wheel alignment being out of spec.
