  1. It's the 320, 3.2L V6 petrol I was looking at a 500 V8 5.0 (just so I could be rollin, in my five point o!) but put my sensible head on lol! It really is super clean and so smooth to drive, power wise it's no comparison to my zed on half throttle with 2 cyls down but it's not too bad lol

  3. Well, here it is. No more zed for me! I do miss the looks of the zed and the relentless power but this is a far more sensible option for me (damn I sound old lol!)
  4. A whole lot of work completely ruined by stupidity IMO! Yes yes, each to their own but when function & performance are ruined by a silly design statement, well that's just plain stupid IMO!!
  5. Nope, they are deffo missing on chris's car as it was mine and I sliced them off when I tinted the glass as I never liked the dark blinds! The old mounts are (were) just bonded onto the black circles you can see in the above pic HTH but in your case Chris possibly not lol!
  6. Euro car parts are quite good usually. Googled this for your area but no idea how close it is lol! http://www.eurocarparts.com/telford.html
  7. Local motor factors are usually the best

  9. Hi, could a mod change the title in my cars for sale thread to show "AUGUST PRICE DROP" thread here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?169878-For-Sale-1993-Series-2-UK-300ZX-LWB-TT-99-spec-style-with-goodies!&p=1755415#post1755415 it has been up for sale for a while & just want to show the price drop in the title to try to sell ASAP thanks guys :)
  10. a receiver/drier is knackered after being left open for more than 30 mins technically! although a deep vacuum will pull a lot of moisture out the drier will be full of moisture from the air within this period - this is why they should be replaced every time the system is opened and should be fitted immediately before recharging! ;)
  11. I have been using Skycig for nearly 2 months now & not touched a regular cig since: http://www.skycig.co.uk/ I got the freedom kit: the case has a built in battery that gives the batteries for the cig around 5 charges so you are never out of charge which was a good selling point for me - once the battery is dead you just swap it for the next one, click the flat battery into the charging port in the case & it is ready to go next time around! also has places to store spare refils. Really pleased with it & dont think I will ever smoke again! Vaping is the way forward!! :D
  12. Lol! Sure he will give you 20% off (tho he may put on 25% first lol!) His prices are very good anyway!
  13. PS - click on my project zed link in my sig for more pics from him painting my car!
  14. LOL! Thats my car :D The owner is a good friend of mine and done my bodywork. Give them a call and ask for Rob - tell him Paul sent you and he will probably have a fit after my marathon job!! Seriously tho, he is a top bloke & does work for my garage (Mercedes dealer) - very recommended!
  15. or try taking it to a local garage/Halfords? they might be helpful? :)
  16. Well have smoked for the last 30 years or so - have discovered that giving up is very easy (have lost count of the times I have given up!! ), however staying given up is much harder!! I doesnt help that I actually quite enjoy it - especially when I have a drink! Nothing like sitting on holiday in the sun with a drink in one hand and a smoke in the other! So anyway, I have seen these E ciggies and have always been sceptical but after a guy at work had been smoking one I decided to give it a try and it is actually bloody brilliant! Went for this brand: https://www.skycig.co.uk/rewardsref/index/refer/id/183903/ which is the same my mate has. Researched online & did rate as one of the best. So - you still get a nicotine hit (varies in strength depending on cartridge ordered) and nicotine is not actually that much of a health risk at all. It is rated the same as caffeine for all you coffee drinkers (ok, I do both lol), but no smoke, tar, carbon monoxide, cyanide or any of the other nasty chemicals which are in a ciggie. The "smoke" that comes out is just an odourless water vapour They work out a fraction of the cost of cigs too! :thumbup1: Thought I would share for any other social outcasts on here that may be considering it - I would say give it a go!
