If its a lazy O2 sensor ask them to try the probe in the pipe on the other side.

Its either your matrix pipes or your turbo water hoses, I have done both of mine bit of a bitch to do and you lose a bit of skin off your knuckles but it is possible you will need a ratchet with a bendy connector on it to go round the bends and pinch up the new hose clips on the tubby pipes. I had a plemum bypass done for £300 by a well known trader on here, and was amazed that these little tubby pipes werent replaced with it. Lesson learned, i didnt go back.

They are actually quite good, i bought a set of these about 12 months ago, still work fine and give the look of hid's Note; they dont give out the sort of power of hids, just the same colour, the power of them is still upto the zeds usual poor standards.

I would leave the drain plugs if i were you, they wont of moved for 15 years so if you turn them theres a good chance of them shearing, if they do this when they are loose youll more or less have a fooked engine. If you take the stat out then re attach the metal pipes and put the top rad hose pointing up and blow down the hose (with your mouth) you will see the water gush out of the bottom rad hose. It makes you go a bit light headed but its the best way i know of getting most of the water out. Hope that makes sense

Japs only cruise upto their speed limit in Japan about 70mph. There are ways of soldering part of the cruise box to up the limit, but alot of hasstle for how little its used.

Cruise onlyworks from 35 to 72 mph on imports And 50 to 100 ish on uks If you brake or press cancel it will turn off.

Check your oil, if its brown the clutch pack in the box has disolved, and the bits of it have blocked the strainer, you may find if you nail it in 2nd up to about 70 it will shift into 4th. If your oil is brown, you might get a bit more life out of it by changing the autobox oil and cleaning out or replacing the strainer, but this will only bee a temporary measure and sooner or later youll lose all the gears.

With mine stock I got 400 miles on a tank once. Now de-catted and with boost controller i get 400km which is about 250 miles. We tend to use Hayleys clio 172 for all the running about and that returns about 40mpg not bad considering its running about 200bhp. Thats better than my diesel works sunny van!!!

I got quoted about £1500 quid for an auto to manual conversion so i banged another auto box on instead, cost me less than £500. If i were you id speak to mark at zen garage, his prices are the best around and he can do the job standing on his head.
