Dont use a hammer, a short 3 legged puller should do it, youll need a 27mm socket if my memory serves me right, its alot of work.

They are fookin expensive, ADL Blueprint do them but the part number has got a C on the end of it so it means they are buying them in from the dealers, I think they are about £200 off hand but ill check tomorrow.

That looks like a standard koyo rad. An uprated koyo is about an inch and a half thick.

I had this with my e01 it was boosting as far as youd let it, the conroller would alarm but not back off. Did the same with the controller turned off, check your tubing, one of the pipes will have popped off. Dunno which one it was on mine as my mate found the prob, but im willing to bet yours is the same problem.

ptu's were a bit of a problem on the seris 1's. Having said that mine is seris 1 running fine on the seris 1 ptu. Other than that theres no real common faults that a seris 1 will suffer over a seris 2

Dim dip is a system some cars have and it supplys the headlamps around 6 volts of power when the sidelights are on with the engine running. Dim dip only activates when the engine is running. Dim dip is on my sunny van but not on my J spec Z I know J specs dont have dim dip, but not sure on uk models.

cos mines red it reads 100mph when im actually doing 900mph, top speed of red zeds is known to be well over 1000mph, autos have also been known to hit 1500mph with an extra psi or two!!

If you fit a speedo converter it will do it but as andyp said it will spaz up the speed sensitive stuff, eg when your doing 80mph your ecu will think your doing 80kmph and thus the steering etc will behave accordingly. Performance chip is the best way to do it IMO.

Imports come with no standard security. It will either be an alarm with no or a defective central locking interface, or it may be wired up a bit odd to get round a turbo timer etc. Nowt to worry about id say and easily fixed.
