guys im after a small piece of coding for my pc that someone might be able to help me with. All i want it to do is read the time of day (ie am /pm/evening (like 5pm onwards..) and then load one of three .html docs.. also be nice if it could close the docs after like 20secs or so... doesnt sound a big ask, but havent found anything like it on the internet and not good with coding myself.. cheers anyone...

have ebc grooved n drilled discs on mine and they feel not great under braking... have to admit it... just no cash to swap for anything else, they feel warped through the pedal but had them looked at and they are ok, also had calipers free up to see if it helps no change.. accepting it now

my box has had a recent rebuild as well and is silkly smooth during changes so fancy this over teh ALC which by all accounts isnt great for the boxes... Anyone bit more informed with the club fancy emailing the makers and seeing if they will sort us out...? Or not enough interest? Also, how do you guys seeing this effecting your insurance..? not a performance mod but would still have to be declaired.?

are, i do have the manual somewhere i will look, thought the beeps were normal obviously not... il dig out my settings in a min aswell, but got them off here and know a few people posted as using them.. settings LO:- SET=16%, GAIN=18%, SETGAIN=48, WARNING=110 with a drop of 20% HI:- SET=33%, GAIN=21%, SETGAIN=85, WARNING=155 with a drop of 20% just checked the manual online at greddy.com and it doesnt mention anything to do with beeping indicating an error in the system? ideas?

definalty get someone to look at the car first, ive not had manjor bills but could have saved me the hasstle of a few things.. the sills are fairly common on uk zeds (but zedworld can fit a replacement fairly cheaply). big thing is dont rush, decent zeds are out there, but even a dog can feel like a good zed if youve not driven one before.. as for insurance im with adrian fluz atm but wont be with them again next year i dont think as heard some horror stories about their payout levels and they are cr*p for admin (even charge to change address...) best of luck finding a good zed.. (also as for the inspection i would get someone that knows a zed over the AA / RAC services just to be sure plenty of people on here know the car well..)

thats why im tempted to be honest... auto for long lazy drives but paddles for when the auto doesnt cut it... need to generate some cash though but if we could get enough interest sure they would do a Group buy.. must be 5 or 10 people here with autos interested..?

i have been thinking about getting it for a while, i do a fair amount of driving around small a roads and b roads and sometimes the auto just doesnt quite cut it.... trouble is i have an aftermarket wheel with a cr*ppy boss with no cruise buttons at the moment, so need new boss and the cruise buttons sorted before this works to the top of my list.... i would be interested to see it in action as the website promises alot... depends on your driving i guess but like i said lnes the auto box doesnt quite cut it to be honest...

Also just noticed that just after ignition on the profec beeps twice.. this normal.. give any kinda of information if something is not working correctly?

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in a club day out to a rolling road somewhere... never been on a RR myself (or my cars lol) but thought it might be a laugh if a few people needing / wanting a session were to rock up at once... also might make for bit of club discount and a few good pics of the zeds waiting to be put through their paces... Open to suggestions of decent places to go as it would clearly depend on the geography of the majority unless there is an uber RR in the uk for us.. anyway just poling for interest at the moment...

any body else got a good idea? it appears to be connected up correctly ? I say appears as there are no obvious kinks in any of the pipe work and everything appears connected tight ...? There are lots of T pieces around (but i seem to remember that jeff said the profec wasnt supplied with stuff for a twin turbo hence the T pieces..) Getting bit frustrated now as my new toy is fitted and cost me ££ but not doing anything!

Noticed when i had my stuipid spare wheel out that at some point it must have been put away wet... the area it sits in was rusty, but thankfully its only surface so sanded and sprayed today with hammerite straight to rust.. thought id mention it as quite often this area doesnt get looked at one year to the next... saved alot of work at a later date if it had been missed..!!

mate ive got some very similar on my zed (last owner put them on) not sure how to put pics in a post but if you check out rides you should see what they look like against a zed... still not made my mind up fully as to if i like them or not really... but no ££££ for 4 new 18in rims! (anyone want 2 buy a lung?)

thats what i thought rac wise... maybe just take it out for track type stuff... shame though just been out for a drive without the tyre (to the gym...) and it felt lighter at the back
