  1. I used it to get in contact with drum n bass DJs / clubs when I went over to San Diego. Find it an excellent tool. Ment I hung out with some really cool people when I was over in Socal. :)
  2. 60,000 with a fully rebuilt engine which has covered about 2,000 miles. Unfortunately an actuator fault ment mine needed rebuilding due to melted pistons.
  3. You thinking about setting up a porno channel? Can never have too many of those. Certainly would make a lot more money than any other type of channel.
  4. Beat me to it, I was going to say the very same....
  5. Looks great Gaz! I must try some of this claybar. Although I doubt I'll notice too much of a difference on pearl white. How much did he charge? Also, sort those orange side repeaters out!! C'mon, they are only about £30!
  6. They should be knife edged both sides as you'll create turbulance behind the crank as it slices through the oil without.
  7. This is a knife edged crank. If you look at the leading edges of the crank, you'll see they've been ground down. Basically it just means the crank turns through the oil with less resistance than if would do if it was a standard crank with chunky leading edges.
  8. You know why that is don't you. Renault engines and gearboxs in those. The carbs used to freeze up in those all the time. Shite.
  9. I've got a soft spot for Mustangs. Kinda looked at buying one before getting the Z. Trying to find a V8 manual over here is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Wack a supercharger on them and they can be a leathal weapon.

  11. How far are you away from Nottingham? Could always get them done by the chap that refurbished mine. http://www.juswheels.co.uk
  12. Drive on at an angle. Even I had to on my Zed when I took it to France in June.
  13. I've had two Citroens. A ZX 16v (very rare and pretty quick), that was forever having electric faults with it. I also bought a cheapo bogie BX. As ungainly as Margaret Thatcher, but a pleasant enough drive. The fuel pump started leaking on that and I couldn't shift the thing because if its silly suspension. Then a few months later, a water pipe burst and the headgasket went. Paid sod all for it, so couldn't complain. My Z, although has been a bit of a *******, as actually never failed me other than needing a new battery. Always started fine, never let me down.
  14. Like a screamer pipe??
  15. Car's gonna be in the bodyshop around that time I think.
  16. When? Also, going from Portsmouth to Ryde might be cheaper than Red Funnel's service to Cowes.
  17. Nissan's variable valve timing control... http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=262261

Someone from the Monster Raving Looney party!
  20. Wasn't talking about the colour of the stone chip. What I mean is, if you were going concourse and had removed all the stone chip that was previously on there, then I'd say do it body colour. But day to day use, get some black shit up there.
  21. ....something wrong here.... :nelson:  http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-ROVER-214-no-P-X-Swop-NO-RESERVE-3-DAY-LISTING_W0QQitemZ190031007706
  22. That would be the case though if your car was running spot on.
  23. Got insurance? Gutted tho.
