  5. Will a 114.2 X 5 fit on my car? Will I be able to get 9.5 et35's on the back without roling the arches? or should I stick with 8's and 9's? Cheers :duffer:
  6. Hello mate I have them too and I have found them to be very good. On flat roads they are excellent not harsh but a good balance between road and track. I had aftermarket street dampers and lowered springs before and these are much smoother and soak up the road really well. Im very pleased with them. I was put off the teins as they are much stiffer. If you look at the spring rates they are very low compared to others.
  7. Definately in for this its just 10 mins from my house!
  8. Hey guys not fixed!! I have found though that if I take the earth off the connector the radio still goes? Can it be that it doent need one from the adapter? I'll leave it like this and see if it causes a problem.
  9. blimey! interesting choice?
  10. Hey all Im runnning the beast in and every time I take it out theres more squeeks. Ive tracked down a lot but any help on where to find any more would be gratly appreciated. Bonnett catch had play in it and was fixed by moving the catch down as far as I could and wrapping some tape around the hook on the bonnet. Bonnet hinge was chattering so I stuck a piece of rubber about a cm in size on top of the existing rubber and it has stopped this. Aircon matrix cable was rubbing on the back of the glovebox so just moved and taped up. Found two screws missing behing the das where there was butterfly screw holder thingy which were vibrating put sone screws in and it was sorted Vent on the side of the stereo console was rattling so I used a line of bathroom sealant to give it a buffer. I still have a very annoying high pitch squeek coming from passenger side only on larger bumps it sounds like glass against rubber or something like that. I was going to vaseline all of the rubber seals and see if this fixes it but sounds more like something moving in time with the bounce?? P.S. I AM NOT OCD!!!! about may car!!!! 1,2,3,4,5....... :-)
  11. Hi mate I think Luke at the Z centre sells them and so do Z1
  12. Hey mate my little one is 18 mths. We had a britax rear facing one first which went in the back of the porker just fine but never tried it in the zed as it didnt have rear three point seats but I'm sure it would have been fine. The toby was the only one that the belt went round, clicked in and sat in the seat solidly etc that we could find.
  13. Hi All Thought this might be useful for some We have a maxi cosi Toby baby seat and it goes in the back with a standard seat belt (three point one) It was the only one we tried that gave a good fit. Cheers

  16. Ok tried another HU and it worked just fine I noticed that my boost and turbo timer power feeds are wired into the loom that fed the old radio. Changed to 15 amp fuse and its now behaving the same as the 10amp one?? So the power is getting there no problem but the radio just turns off and refuses to turn on again has worked fine for about 2 months although a turbo timer was fitted last weekend?? wonder if thats the problem? I can feel some wiring coming on!
  17. Hey mate its a converter job You think its more likely to be the radio then? Has been working fine unitil today was turning up the volume and it died then got home pulled the fuse out, put it back in and fine played for a few mins and then died again??? I'll try another HU Ive got a spare somewhere. Cheers
  18. Take it out, put it back in and then it comes back on
  19. Hey all My radio is doing strange things, It starts and then dies, if I pull the 10 amp fuse out of the car under steering wheel it comes back to life as soon as I turn it on and start the radio it dies again? If I chnage it for a 15 amp fuse if lasts longer but eventually dies as well? Any ideas?
