  1. Hi Robert thanks, very kind of you to do this, I would be happy to buy all being well. Thanks again Tony
  2. Long screwdriver not that hard, if you need more space take battery out. Clockwise to bring revs down cuts air flow if you have a leak somewhere. Bottom of page http://twinturbo.info/63104/157335.html
  3. Because your idle is high the voltage would change. You can try the IAA idle screw and see if you can get the revs down, as I did then sorted the problems and turned it out again. I had black smoke but changed a lot of parts, now it’s fine.
  4. Happy Birthday ?

  10. Hi today with the help of my brother we managed to take the fuel vapour vent line check valve out, it was hidden above the rear Hicas lines, black round Unit, bit rusty up there but that will be done another time. We tested it and air passed through it both ways very easily, so we cut the end off and expanded the spring inside, glued it back together Tested it again and it worked would only pass air one way, fitted it back and started the car, revs went to 500 then back to 850 but a bit rough also stalled when I stopped reversing, tomorrow will take it for a drive then plug the Conzult in. Being a NLA part I will have to find a different one from another car.

  17. Aftermarket silicone hoses are a lot cheaper than OEM, I still had to get a kit from USA, but I did delete most of the little hoses at the back of the engine and under the plenum.
