One thing I think you'd have to be wary of is the height of the seat base itself, Dan - a lot of modern seats sit a bit higher than (for example) Recaro Speeds. Add to that the fact that you'll more than likely end up with no height adjustment on them and you could find that the driving position is a bit on the uncomfortable side. That said, you've already updated the exterior so I think a pair of bang-up-to-date recliners would set the cabin off very nicely indeed! :thumbup1:

His black Slicktop (that I did the interior for) is still going and he may even get it finished one day! I only know this as part of that interior has made it back here again recently....

I think CarMad actually makes a replica of that chin... think it's called a BX lip or something...

See if the powdercoaters have a grey that's a close match for the colour you had your 'tache and mirror bases painted. Everything ties together then and you can finish it off with either silver script or something like the body colour of your car. :thumbup1:

Yeah, but you want a 500+ bhp, super clean and rust-free one for beer money! ;) The pretty simple fact now for buying Zeds is this: the good ones (and I mean the really good ones that have been well looked after) are going to cost good money, not a couple of £k. Sad for potential buyers, good for the Z32 as a marque :)

I'm sure someone went to have a look at that car in the last few months and said it was nowhere near as clean or solid as it was made out to be... I could be wrong, but I'm pretty certain it was that one.

Visuals aside for a second, I'd be concerned that all the belts were brand new before it went into storage... 8 years ago...!! Visually, it does nothing for me at all. I'm all for Z32 prices climbing, but I think the seller just wants to recoup some of the thousands he's spent building it. Mods don't generally add money to a value, especially not Marmite ones like that car is wearing. I think he's gonna struggle, to be honest... :(

The earthing web is apparently a good idea, but I'd be more inclined to have one where each new point picked up from the last one (like a chain), rather than having all those connections coming off the battery earth lead. The voltage stabiliser though... no idea!
