LOL agreed on the 250/500mx'ers I used to have a YZ250 until it was nicked (*******s). 50hp and 100kg max? Was insane. Wheelspin or wheelie depending on rear tyre grip ;) I thought it was pretty quick until my mate bought a KX500 :wack: Now that was a complete nutter animal. 70hp and 115kg?? Unfortunately I didnt get to ride it because the timing slipped and the gearbox developed some problems. I just bought me a KX125 to fix up and have a bit of fun on till I get my test passed so i can use my CBR600FW

Oops, yes, I should have said max of 50/50 in summer, 75% diesel 25% veg oil in winter. Even thinner if you have trouble starting it. Mark/Topless.... are you wanting to run on 100% veg oil? or mix it in the fuel tank?

My sisters boyfriend used to have a Pajero with a veg oil tank in it. It was seperate from the regular diesel tank because running on 100% veg oil you need a heater to thin the oil down somewhat. You can add veg oil at a max of 50/50 with diesel in the regular tank IIRC and it will still run ok. HTH Rob.

The part that wears and increases endfloat is included in the rebuild kits. When you install it, it restores turbine shaft endfloat to factory levels. There's nothing difficult about reconning turbos. All the hard work involved is taking engine/gearbox out.

Fastest bike lap on the 'ring was set by Helmut Dahne on a Honda VFR750R (RC30;)) back in 1993 with a time of 7:49.71 It's strange how nobody else has gone quicker in 14 years. The 1 litre superbikes are formidable machines now, the 130mph AVERAGE lap has been broken at the IOM TT this year, but perhaps more impressive is the superstock record being broken to 128mph average. Superstock bikes are mildly modified roadbikes, mainly suspension being modified not engine. Somebody said the max you could spend on a superstock bike to get it fully race sorted was £13k as opposed to £100k+++ for a superbike.
